Our spacious and upscale villa is part of a 50-unit “Villas de Palermo” condo hotel in the hills of the resort town of San Juan del Sur. The breathtaking views of the ocean sunsets and other natural wonders defy description. For entertainment, amenities, and nightlife there are a wide variety of choices at very reasonable prices. The general atmosphere is relaxed and friendly to help make your vacation a pleasant and unique experience, whether you are with friends, spouses, or family. Optional adventure, nature, and sightseeing tours to nearby beaches are varied and plentiful. Fishing, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and other outdoor activities are available year-round. Whale sightings are most common in January and February. Massive arrivals of hundreds of sea turtles to lay their eggs in natural reserves beaches, as well as the subsequent spanning of thousands of baby turtles is an awesome experience of natural wonder you will remember forever. Our villa is spacious and fully equipped, including Inverter A/C (one unit in each room and one in the social area), Wi-Fi, and hot water. The social area has comfortable wooden furniture handcrafted by Nicaraguan artisans and opens to a terrace with a beautiful view of the town, surrounding mountains, and the beautiful curved bay that is an awesome sight at any time of the day or night. The dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances that includes a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as pots, pans, silverware, and glassware service for 6 people. Each room has a Queen bed, a private full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms are on different levels, allowing maximum privacy for two couples. However, there are several sets of stairs that would be unsuitable for guests with mobility problems. (If you require accessibility for persons with disabilities, please let us know so we can consider options).The villas have 24-hour guarded security service, access is gate controlled and there is ample and convenient free parking within the grounds. The daily rates include FOUR to SIX guests (MAXIMUM PERMITTED) in two bedrooms. Babies and children under 12 years of age can be lodged at no extra charge. The hotel can provide additional beds or cots at a cost of $25 + tax each, per night. If you bring your own crib, cot, or sleeping bag, there would not be an additional cost. Electricity consumption during your stay is not included in the villa fee. You will be charged upon departure according to the metered consumption. If done responsibly, the cost of electricity should not be more than $10 per day. Shutting down appliances when not in the villa and using ceiling fans could considerably reduce this cost. Once a week cleaning service for stays of one week or more. Additional cleaning service costs $35. All charges will be paid directly to the administration at checkout.
