Hotel in zona Coach Outlet Store, San Juan

The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

L'hotel è stato perfettamente situato per camminare in tutto il vecchio San Juan. Il luogo è davvero caratteristico, portando fuori il suo ambiente storico, fornendo le comodità moderne. I servitori di ufficio erano piacevoli e utili. Purtroppo, come molti impianti negli ultimi anni, la custodia quotidiana è stata abbassata, il che è un problema in un luogo in cui la carta da toletta deve essere gettata nel cestino, piuttosto che spruzzata. Definitely the best place you can stay within the old san juan.

This was our first stay in this newly renovated “sister”hotel to the Condado Plaza Hotel across the street. I can easily say that this was the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. The location is just as you cross into the Condado section of San Juan heading east from the cruise ship terminals or at the end if heading from the airport (a $24 taxi ride). It’s a bit quieter than the heart of the Condado. The entire hotel is gleaming— a beautiful airy lobby that opens into the pool area, a breakfast restaurant, and a bar area. We lucked out on an upgrade to a high corner room with panoramic views of the ocean (picture attached) with a wrap around balcony. The room was nicely appointed and definitely upgraded from the previous property. This will be our new favorite when passing through San Juan on the way to adventures beyond. The only negative is the street noise on the side of the hotel but it was balanced by the view in my humble opinion— the view from the other side is of the lagoon also very nice.

Il personale era più che utile, dal secondo che andavamo a Lewis, immediatamente ci salutava con bevande (bar aperto libero) e ci dava buoni consigli su come iniziare le nostre vacanze. Sono certa che rimarrò qui quando ritornerò.

Le strutture sono perfette, la posizione è anche, lo consiglio.

Hotel ad alto rapporto costi-benefici con piscina terrazzo, bevande a bar gratis, balcone e grande servizio alberghiero, e la posizione dell'hotel è molto prospera
