Hotel in zona Laskmi Estética, San Jose

L'hotel resort ha uno splendido scenario naturale e un'area colazione all'aperto. Ho incontrato anche il signor Squirrel, che non ha paura delle persone. Tuttavia, la colazione è davvero nella media, principalmente per la fasciatura della pancia. L'intero hotel ha una grande area piastrellata e non è facile trovare una stanza dopo aver girato. La stanza ha un forte odore di muffa e l'attrezzatura è relativamente vecchia Di notte c'è un cantante residente nel bar dell'hotel è piuttosto energico, quindi non è adatto a viaggiatori che amano la tranquillità. It was late July when I visited San José, the capital city of Costa Rica, from where you can easily get to see the country's cloud forest, volcanoes, and waterfalls owing to its central location. I didn't have any hesitation to choose Hotel Milán de San José. A double room was allocated for me. The climate was temperate during my 6-day stay; and there was no need to switch on the air conditioner or the ceiling fan. I had a peaceful sleep every night. The staff were courteous and helpful indeed. Though not everyone could speak fluent English, we managed to communicate well; and I had a pleasant rapport with them. Each morning, I delightfully woke up and looked ahead to enjoy a good traditional Costa Rican breakfast. It was indeed an enjoyable getaway in San José City; and Hotel Milán had complemented my vacation.

Camere spaziose, pulite e con tutti i comfort, frigorifero set di cortesia, doccia grande, asciugacapelli, asciugamani di qualità e bella vista dal 7 piano . Colazione super top! Dal dolce al salato alla frutta può soddisfare tutti i gusti. Abbiamo cenato in hotel . Cena squisita e personale super gentile e accogliente! Consigliato 100%

The city view was the best part, we got picked up from the hotel for a day tour. Tour guide said we’re in the new buildings area but it’s still unsafe at night so don’t go walking around, but the hotel itself was five to ten minutes from everything else, in the day we did walk around and felt safe, the park is right next to it which was nice to see and of course the stadium, cleanliness and guest services were great accommodating, we had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and it had great views but service was slow and food was only okay, could’ve/should’ve eaten somewhere else, the best part was the pool on the highest floor, the top four floors were apartments, but the pool is on the highest of their floor, the jacuzzi wasn’t warmed and they warmed us that it wasn’t, but the pool itself was nice to swim in, stayed there for a little over an hour before going to dinner, would definitely go book again

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The amenities, the service, the price, the food, the views, entertainment, everything will make you feel like royalty! You are met in the lobby with a warm smile & greeting from Alexander Bell boy and checked -in by Margoth. In the lounge you are personally greeted by Ronald day serve and Miguel Angel(night serve) who were very personable. Breakfast was deliciously prepared by Gaudy the cook. Even the housekeeper makes the toilet tissue decorative. Ezequiel, the concierge, was very helpful and all of the staff seemed to never forget a face or name. I must say.. I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton.

Il personale era molto amichevole! Liliana era la prima che incontrai all'aeroporto per guidarmi per la navetta all'hotel. Luis era il conducente che mi ha dato un vero buon benvenuto! Veramente buono di avere la navetta inclusa, buon personale e colazione disponibile.

PROS: Very clean, air conditioned and modern for a good rate. Wifi and decent breakfast included. The stromanthe triostar plants in the lobby were very nice. CONS: Staff is miserable and takes no accountability for customer service. Stephanie literally lies to your face and tries to overcharge you. Examples: -”oh your safe is broken? just reset with code 123456.” nope. the safe code was set by a previous guest and left open so this didn't fix the problem. We had to take all our valuables on a 13 hour tour because of this - very inconvenient. -”oh, you need another towel because we only gave you 2 despite 3 people in the room? we'll send someone up right away”. no one ever shows. when you call back, if they ever pick up, they say the same thing. -”your shuttle from the airport is confirmed and the driver will have a sign with your name on it” nope; after a long trip we had no one to pick us up. The driver didn't have my booking (he had another name on the sign), so he called the hotel and they confirmed nothing had been booked for us. -”well there's no booking because you obviously have to book it in advance; how would we know you need a shuttle?”. Excuse me? Yes, in fact, I did book it in advance and showed them the email chain (7 emails) with her own confirmation 3 days earlier! -”ok so you found the driver, perfect”. No, not perfect as we've been searching in the sweltering heat, walking up and down through the crowds for 45 minutes with a small child after a long trip. An apology, not a dismissal would be more appropriate in this situation. After speaking to the driver and Stephanie (we are still in the heat outside the airport), Stephanie who confirmed the booking by email then blamed her colleague who in fact didn't book it, And, they still charged us $16 USD for it - which was like rubbing salt in the wound. -”it will be an additional $20 USD for the shuttle” - when they previous told me $16 USD (thankfully in writing) -”it will be $16 USD to have a child in the room” - when my confirmation clearly shows children stay free (thankfully in writing) -guests aren't ”allowed to use the stairs”; long wait for the elevator

Nice hotel and rooms very comfortable. The only issue is the huge traffic jam every morning to get out of the area.
