Lovely place, large room, all amenities, nice breakfast, and really friendly helpful staff, just a short taxi to city centre, I'd stay here again.

I regret to inform potential guests that my experience at Terrazas de Golf Boutique Hotel was abysmal. Not only were the accommodations subpar, but the owner's behavior towards both guests and local residents was appalling. Shockingly, the owner has been known to poison neighboring dogs, displaying a complete lack of empathy and decency. Additionally, the treatment of guests was disrespectful and rude, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I strongly advise against supporting such an establishment, as it reflects poorly on both the hotel and its management.

Me and my husband flew into San Jose and needed a place to stay for the night. Terrazas was a very close 10 min drive from the airport. We were greeted by Roberto who was very friendly and gave us recommendations on places to eat nearby. We also felt very safe, there was a security guard and it was gated. The rooms are spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. We enjoyed our walk to the restaurants nearby. In the morning they have breakfast ($10) per person, it was delicious :) Would stay here again!

Terrazzos de Golf Boutique Hotel is an oasis in the middle of San Jose. Cecilia was an amazing host who quickly treated us like family. We began and ended our trip here. Anyone with a late arrival or early flight should definitely make this their first or last stop in Costa Rica. The suite had plenty of space and amenities for our family. We can’t wait to come back! Pura Vida!

This family-run hotel is outstanding. Super friendly and helpful. Excellent, personalized service. They even arranged our rental car--gave us 7 or 8 quotes--with delivery and pickup at the hotel. Several excellent restaurants nearby. Beautifully landscaped grounds and appointed accommodations. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is about 15 to 20 min from airport. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their breakfast was fresh and delicious. The restaurants, for evening meals, are about 600 mtr walk. The en suite room was lovely. Big, spotlessly clean, and with every amenity. Air conditioning, wifi, coffee machine, and hair drier. It is positioned overlooking the golf course. With its beautifully manicured plants, it is a peaceful setting. We were very happy with our visit , and will definitely recommend staying here .

While the beds are comfortable that’s about it. Most of the amenities listed on the website are not available. Yes they have a fitness center. No you can’t use it. Yes there is a nearby pool. No you can’t use it. The staff at the front desk acts as though every question is an extreme hassle stopping just short of being extremely rude. No the restaurant is not open. There are minimal restaurants close unless you want to drive 30 minutes. No attractions nearby either. Absolutely nothing fun to do here. Just sleep. We don’t recommend staying here.

Wir waren zu dritt für 1Nacht im Terrazza de Golf Boutique Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Herzige familiäre Unterkunft , tolles Frühstück und äusserst netter Gastgeber. Am Ende unseres Costa Rica Urlaubs übernachteten wir gleich nochmals in diesen herzigen Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder!

Nous y avons passé une nuit après notre vol. Petit hôtel très confortable. Chambres de belle dimension et grands lits. Le vrai plus de l'hôtel, c'est la personne présente à l'accueil qui est hyper chaleureuse : une valise contenant nos produits d'hygiène avait été égarée par AF. La personne de l'hôtel nous a conduits à un petit supermarché afin de pouvoir faire quelques courses, le tout avec le sourire.
