This brand new Apartment is located in the center of San Jose Downtown, close to every important landmark. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Located on the Second Floor of a Secure Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

City Center stay
The location is convenient to restarants , shopping and historical buildings. The apt was clean and the manager was very helpful. We stayed for 10 days so the kitchen was a little small with no dining area, but it was workable.

Clean, Fairly quiet
Very nice little apartment in the Centro area, close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery. Easy walk to Avenida Central. Very busy area. Great for people watching.
Loved the security, the air conditioning (although it was not really needed most of the time, the ceiling fan was great!
