Oh, dove comincio, questo posto era un rifiuto di servizio che ho pagato. È stato dato un ”cosa stai per fare” atteggiamento. Così ho fatto qualcosa. grazie a hotels.com, per avermi risolto questo. È difficile arrivare al ristorante che hai bisogno di permesso da un dipendente con una chiave speciale, solo per ottenere un cibo subpar mediocre a prezzi eccessivi, Per i dipendenti che non possono aggiungere o sottrarre un conto, dopo che sono venuti a battere la mia porta, chiedendo più soldi perché non hanno aggiunto il conto giusto. Ma la parte migliore di questo non mi ha permesso di andarmene, avendo una guardia armata che mi teneva in custodia, Mentre si aspettavano la stanza, durante il checkout. Non c'era acqua alcolizzata, quindi f*#@ questo posto.

Kudos to Ardenhills staffs for giving us a 5 star hotel experience. What more can I say? From check in to check out we really didn't experience any hussles. They welcomed us with warm smiles and they even offer free cot crib for my 1 yr old boy. This hotel is one in a million rare to find hotel in QC!!! We're so lucky that during our stay we were able to take advantage of their amenities especially the pool and kids playroom with just my family cause most of their guests already checked out when we checked in. The lady staff assigned in the pool area managed to even vacuum the pool for us. Raj and Jomari were the best staffs of this hotel. They really are very friendly. Jomari even picked up our Grab food at the lobby and deliver it to our room. The hospitality, cleanliness, and sanitation of this hotel is 100% well maintained to say that it just opened last Nov. 2023! I already booked our stay on this coming July because me and my kids really want to stay here again!

1-Week Stai a Harts Hotel Il centro di Harts Hotel è stato un hotel di qualità molto elevata, che ha un'ottima posizione in una zona ricco di vicinanze. Il personale era sempre amichevole e accogliente, assicurandomi sempre di essere benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza che mi sono fermata era confortevole e pulita, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un piacevole soggiorno, ma c’erano alcune questioni che hanno avuto un qualche impatto sulla mia esperienza. In primo luogo, negli ultimi due giorni del mio soggiorno, c’era un problema con il flusso del bagno, che ha causato un disagio, un disagio minore che ha influenzato il conforto generale del mio soggiorno. Oltre alla questione della resistenza, ci sono stati altri svantaggi. L'hotel non ha fornito tessuti nella stanza, che era inaspettato. Sarebbe stato conveniente avere facilmente disponibili. Inoltre, ho incontrato un profumo persistente di fumo di sigarette nel corridoio, che è stato un disappunto come non fumatore. Sebbene non abbia avuto un effetto diretto sulla stanza stessa, si è detratto dall'esperienza generale e dall'atmosfera altrimenti piacevole dell'hotel. Non sapevo che il prezzo ne sarebbe valsa la pena. Ho prenotato questo per un capriccio ma non me ne pento. Sicuramente mi ha salvato per un improvviso cambio di programma per il mio fine settimana.

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

Situato in Chinatown. Molto occupato, molti negozi e ristoranti. 30-min distanza a piedi da Intramuros: La cattedrale di Manila, Fort Santiago, sito UNESCO San Agustin Church ecc. 2000PHP deposito richiesto al check-in e restituito al momento del check-out. Sacchetti di tè e caffè non forniti in camere. Sono forniti tazze, caldaia, frigo, kit dentale, sapone, asciugacapelli, shampoo e gel da doccia, e asciugamani. Wi-Fi gratuita. Disponibile per il magazzino. Un ristorante sul lato esterno del lobby. Molto amichevole e utile personale.

La camera era spaziosa e adatta per il soggiorno in quarantena. Anche il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. I servizi erano ok, c'era un bollitore e un minibar. Ma era ovvio che non era stato usato per un po' e aveva bisogno di una pulizia adeguata. Ma nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico!

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).
