Hotel in zona Sprouts Farmers Market, San José

Posizione di Google e camera pulita. Ma la testa del doccia era rotta, cosi' faceva tutto il pavimento acquatico. La struttura dell'edificio del motel è stata fatta di legno, che rende il rumore terribile ogni volta che le persone si muovono in piedi, soprattutto durante tutta la notte.

È STATO UN SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE, L'UNICA COSA ERA CHE IL LORO RISTORANTE ERA CHIUSO IN CASO DI COVID. QUALCUNO DOVEVA ORDINARE LA CONSEGNA DEL CIBO. INOLTRE L'HOTEL HA ADDEBITATO US $15 GIORNO PER IL MICROONDE CHE ABBIAMO ORDINATO DALL'HOTEL PER REHEST QUEI CIBO.

After a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

Booked this for my work trip and I have to say this is one of my favorite hotels from now on because of the quality of the hotel amenities and the room. Excellent value for the price paid. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, the shuttle was parked in the entrance driveway so we had to park in the alley and haul our luggage through the parking garage - no assistance from Marriott staff and no luggage carts were staged to make this task easier. I am an Ambassador elite member and should have been given complimentary water at checkin, but no water was offered. We were also not able to access the enhanced internet during the two days that we were at this property. The login screen said the information I entered did not match the hotel’s registration information. Marriott management was totally unresponsive in addressing the problem and Marriott IT (somewhere in Canada) was unable to help - my call was “dropped” after a few minutes. There were no USB connections for charging phones and the electric plugs provided by bedside table lamp was loose fitting and non-functional. I had to unplug the hotel phone to use the wall receptacle for charging my mobile phone. I did like the layout of the room but did not like the use of opaque glass on the doors that separated the toilet enclosure and shower enclosure from the bedroom area. These doors allow light to enter the room at night which may disturb anyone else in the room who is sleeping. The hotel “restaurant” is a seating area near the bar and the bartender was the waiter; the “kitchen” was behind a wall and not visible. We were unable to get coffee from the “restaurant” or bar in the evening - there was no way for bartender to make fresh coffee. Our experience at this Marriott property is not what we expect from Marriott and our stay here was a huge disappointment to say the least.

Questa è stata la nostra visita all'hotel per la zona di San Jose. Vicino all'aeroporto con servizio di navetta. Questa volta un po' dell'hotel era in fase di rinnovamento, quindi le cose erano un po' diverse. La colazione era in una sala separata, ma la selezione era ancora buona. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e utile. Cons: (1) Non ci importava la testa del doccia - la testa restrittiva crea un'esperienza sottile e quasi stingente. (2) La custodia è stata richiesta ogni due giorni, ma non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio durante le nostre 4 notti. Dovevo andare al divano per lavare il lavastoviglie, qualche sapone a mano e ho trovato un custode in fondo alla sala per vuotare il nostro cestino completo.

I came up for a high school reunion and since I stayed here before, I wanted to stay here again. The woman at the front desk was friendly and inviting, and since I'm a Marriott member, per my request, I was given a great room on a high floor, and away from the elevator. Spacious room, great AC/heater unit, and the kitchen was helpful since I was there for four days. The breakfast buffet was great! Something different each day. Didn't care much for the pastry selection, but it worked. Really good coffee!!! Every staff worker I encountered was friendly and a couple asked if I had everything I needed. I really like staying here when I'm up in San Jose. It is so close to the airport, yet you can't hear the planes! I took two early morning walks along the river trail, and there you could hear the planes! Definitely worth staying at!
