Table Rock Lodge

Lovely spot, comfortable and well appointed. The best part of the experience is the staff - they are astonishingly responsive, attentive and every one of them remembers you/your name/your preferences instantly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. Food options are very good, pool is delightful. Coffee is excellent and ready by 6:15. If you want food in your room the will bring it to you, but the dning room is intimately beautiful and is the place to be. Water-pressure and temperature in the shower was fabulous - and the showers are soo cool. Didn't have time to pet the donkeys but will try to do it next time. Good value for the money, great location. They booked a trip to Barton Creek Cave for us with Joenny - best guide ever. Very happy with our stay!!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Table Rock Jungle Lodge in January. We had a very lovely experience from the time we arrive until departure. My wife an I stayed in the Queen Jungle room cabana called the Mot Mot. The room was spacious and secluded off the main path. There is a covered patio/courtyard area which we enjoyed each evening with my brother and his wife, quietly listening to music and enjoying cool drinks. I loved the screened in cabana and the "Swiss Family" feel to the place, privacy and security were never a concern. The TRJL grounds are very private and not really accessible to the general public. The staff was very attentive and friendly, we also met several guests which were equally nice and friendly. I will stay at the TRJL next time we return to San Ignacio.

3star hotel with 5star service!!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Belize!! Although it’s an ecolodge, the accommodations are extremely comfortable and clean. Amazing housekeeping service meant that I comfortably stayed with my husband and two boys in one room and never felt like we outgrew the room. Our flight arrived late, we didn’t even get to the hotel until midnight, and their staff had the thoughtfulness of asking if we wanted dinner. So we ended a very long travel day with warm dinner waiting in our room!!!!!!! That was the beginning of a week of the most amazing food, service, and a feeling that you were staying with family for the week. Meal plans are always a gamble, but I couldn’t have enough of the food here. Good variety with the daily menu and daily specials. And my picky kids loved it all! We used the hotel for all of our tours and transfers. And although you could definitely rent a car and do it all, I have to say the ease of planning with the hotel was amazing and part of the experience was spending time with the drivers and tour guides, learning about Belize and their lives and culture. We even visited Cha Creek Lodge by canoe, and although it’s a lovely hotel, I was so happy to come back home to Table Rock!!

This place is truly amazing. The staff were incredible, they picked amazing guides for us. The lodge itself was awesome - food was great and the pool and common areas were very nice. The property is super nice - our kids really liked getting to feed the donkeys and pick oranges.

We loved our stay here. The bungalow we stayed in was beautifully done, the food was great, but the staff was what made our stay here tremendous. It’s very quiet here during the day as most people go on tours, so it’s very tranquil and easy to dive into a book for hours. The pool and river facilities are great too. It was me and my husband but most people here were families with older children. Every detail here is very thoughtfully considered, from the emergency phone to the early morning breakfast option. We’ve decided we will absolutely come back here in the future.

We visited Table Rock Jungle Lodge as part of an epic milestone birthday trip in Belize. My only regret is that we didn't have more time at Table Rock. Everything was seamless from the airport pickup, to the welcome drink, to the amazing excursions with local guides with in depth knowledge of the sites and temples. The food was seasonal with fresh squeezed juice from the farm each morning! The team at Table Rock is so friendly and they make you feel right at home. On the way back to Belize City, we were treated to a private tour of the Belize Zoo. The open air cabanas are beautiful and comfortable and allow you to really experience the the jungle sounds. Sitting on the porch overlooking the river while having a cocktail with friends was such a special experience. We cannot wait to go back!
