Hotel in zona Leela, San Francisco

Ottimo personale , sempre per aiutare il cliente, la signora che è in reception è un GRANDE VALORE ADIZIONALE, alle eccellenze dell'hotel, gentile e cordiale , ci hanno dato la camera prima dell'ora del check in, poiché siamo arrivati da un volo di 10 ore molto esaurito e vi chiediamo di fare il possibile per l'ingresso prima, che vi ringraziiamo molto, camera un po' piccola ma molto completa in tutto , dovrebbero riciclare e cambiare le vecchie condizionature- riscaldamento per quanto sono rumorosi , dettagli di caffè e infusioni vicino alla reception 24 ore, e molto vicino al centro 3 minuti a piedi, torneremo in un prossimo viaggio a San Francisco

This hotel was just perfect for our stay in San Francisco. It is in a fantastic location in Union Square so close to the BART Powell St Station, Cable Cars, Macy's and Westfield Shopping Centre. Everything you could possibly need was within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel offered bagels, fruit and yoghurts each morning pretty basic but sufficient to start the day. Coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby and there was a coffee machine in our room. Sadly the restaurant was not open during our stay I think the hotel has recently had new owners. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, taking time to chat and give advice on local attractions how to get there etc. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean although not serviced daily however we did not need that, towels were changed every other day but we did have 4 sets for the 2 of us each time the room was serviced and coffee sachets/pods were available in the lobby so there was no real need for a daily service. We had a safe in our room, hairdryer, iron, WiFi was great. Storage lockers are available in reception for luggage if you have a late flight, we used these and on return to collect were invited to help ourselves to coffee before setting off on our journey, guest satisfaction seems to be a priority. The area is a little noisy at night but we weren't really bothered by it. There are a few homeless people opposite and a few yards up the road but they didn't bother us, some would say hello but never asked for anything, they are human after all. Overall the Bijou was just perfect for us and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Puoi anche fermarti sul lato della strada, ma devi vedere se vuoi trasferire il giorno dopo, perché c'è un pulizia che lavora prima mattina, quindi prestate attenzione alla descrizione del tempo sul lato della strada.La decorazione della stanza è molto stile inglese, il foglio di carta è molto bello!

Beautiful old hotel right in downtown Financial District area. Lots of downtown shopping, stores, high end fashion and general stores. Hotel breakfast available for purchase was delicious but pricey. Lunch options would be great. Front desk and concierge were both friendly. Microwave and colder fridge/ better air circulation in room would have been nice.

Un hotel storico con comodi trasporti, proprio vicino a Union Square. Puoi camminare ovunque. Anche il letto matrimoniale è grande, l'unica cosa è che la trapunta non è una trapunta, il che è un po' scomoda.

Esperienza meravigliosa al King George's. La posizione era buona, a pochi passi dal 7-11. Il personale della reception è stato super gentile e ci ha dato consigli dato che è la nostra prima volta a San Francisco. Caffè, distributore d'acqua e bar nella hall, macchina del ghiaccio al 2° livello. Non c'è il frigo in camera.

La posizione è super comoda, è all'interno di Chinatown. Non ci sono pazzi in agguato nella zona. Ci sono un sacco di cibo nelle vicinanze, caffetteria proprio accanto all'hotel! Molto vicino ai luoghi turistici, il che è anche un vantaggio! Per quanto riguarda la stanza, è pulita. Letto super comodo, nessuna sensazione di prurito. La camera non ha l'aria condizionata, ma fa molto freddo durante la notte a causa del tempo. Anche il bagno è pulito. Anche le cose sono messe in sicurezza, ho lasciato tutto all'interno della stanza, ancora intatto quando siamo tornati. L'unica cosa che non mi piace sono le tende, non così pulite e macchiate, e il leggero odore, ma questo può essere migliorato. I servizi sono ok, c'è un distributore di acqua nella hall, quindi non è necessario acquistare acqua. È disponibile anche il forno a microonde. Nel complesso, l'hotel è altamente raccomandato!

Il hotel è un hotel attraente, ma è frustrato dalla mancanza di servizi di base e di servizi di servizio clienti. Meglio non offrire niente, perché è veramente vergognoso offrire questo alle persone.. Eravamo uno dei molti clienti a lamentarsi, e abbiamo visto che i ricevitori non avevano compassione per nessuno.. Sì, tutte le aziende sono là per fare soldi, ma non come questo. Quello che hanno fatto è vicino a rubare da qualcuno! Non posso raccomandare questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori, e continuerò a scrivere su altre piattaforme per avvertire le persone..

Good, but a few things dampened my enthusiasm. One was a mystery stain on the sheets—we had to order new ones. Two was a random hair on the toilet before we even used it. Sus. Three was the broken TP roll holder that kept dumping the TP on the floor. And finally, the shower was that awful half-door variety that leads to water getting all over the floor because it splashes out, so every time I showered I’d end up stepping on a slippery, soggy floor. Bath mat soaked through. However, the rooms themselves were really nice otherwise. Big tv, blackout shades, comfortable mattress that was encased in a mattress cover (love this!!) Why every hotel doesn’t have a zippered mattress cover is beyond me, but it made me happy because it keeps things cleaner and less likely to have bedbugs. And none of those here! Yay! I also loved the drink lounge they had upstairs. There was a library area that had a wonderful ambiance and attentive waitstaff. The fact that California residents currently, at time of review, get access to a free valet parking and late checkout deal was what made me decide to stay here, and it was all that they promised. I also read that it was recently renovated, and they did an excellent job (other than the showers) because it kept that beautiful vintage look but upgraded everything that is necessary for comfort. I’d give them a second chance but I hope they fix the things I mentioned for next time—that would take my review up to a five.
