Location-excellent, what I think is a relatively safe area. Walked about a mile to the alcaztraz tour at pier 33. Great restaurants. Fitness center is top notch. Service fantastic all around. Views are ridiculous at the upper levels. Food in room and restaurant second to none. This hotel is worth the money and it wasn’t as much as many FS.

State tranquilli. L'iscrizione era senza saldatura. Non è pazzo circa le tariffe di destinazione spaventate, ma è venuta con credito per il servizio bar/restaurante/camera, più altri. Il barista in piedi era bello. La gente di Valet era sempre così gentile, salutandomi/ospiti quando tornarono all'hotel. Mi piaceva questa proprietà ... fino a un giorno dopo che sono andato; ho ricevuto un'e-mail dall'hotel, affermando che ho preso una bottiglia di gel da doccia di dimensioni complete e mi pagavano $30. In primo luogo, non ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in una bella proprietà (sono un membro del Titanio per la vita con Marriott Bonvoy) dove lasciano bottiglie di dimensioni piene per gli ospiti. Alcuni proprietà hanno bottiglie di dimensioni piene apposte sulle pareti del doccia. In secondo luogo, non ho preso la bottiglia di gel da doccia. Ovviamente questa è una questione che ha detto. Ma perché una proprietà lascia fuori bottiglie di dimensioni piene per gli ospiti? Era questo nella speranza degli ospiti di prenderli e pagarli $30/bottle? Ho risposto e hanno detto che mi avevano dato una ”eccezione una volta” e mi avrebbero creditato per il pagamento. Non apprezzavo la lingua usata. Sono sicuro che avrebbero bisogno di più formazione se si aspettassero che gli ospiti di alto livello ritornino.

I pasti sono forniti al primo e all'ultimo piano dell'hotel, che ha un buon sapore. L'hotel è relativamente vicino ad attrazioni come Chinatown di San Francisco e Fisherman's Wharf, il che lo rende più adatto al turismo. I really wasn't sure how much I'd like my stay at this place, but overall it was a great experience. For reference, I stayed in the Janice Joplin room (Private bedroom with Private bathroom) The Good - Convenient - Within a 5 min walk to bus lines to get you to BART station. - Clean - No bugs, no bad smells, no mold. - Affordable - You really can't beat the price when most hotels are going for 200 a night that are a 5 minute walk away. - Neighborhood - Keep in mind this is San Fran, so while not ”clean” I never felt threatened or in danger nor was I ever bothered by the homeless folks around the area. Lots of food options, even late at night. - The Building - Really cool set up, you can literally spend an hour or two in the halls learning about the music history there. Really nice to have when the cleaning team is still in your room. There is a live rehearsal studio in the building so you can sometimes hear them playing. Very colorful and chill. - The Staff - Everyone that I interacted with was friendly. The cleaning crew was friendly and flexible to my needs and came back later when I asked. I did not have any issues with items or money I left out disappearing. Check In and Out - You can do it online to expedite the process! Makes it really smooth going in and out. The bad - The Shower - In my room, the shower was very small. Elbows out and I was hitting a wall in any direction. Not a huge deal, but it just means you aren't in it for long. - No Fan - I knew going into the stay that A/C isn't really used and is building controlled, but it would've been nice if there was a ceiling fan or some other option. Windows were able to be left open which was nice! - Noise - The ONLY complaint I have about noise is the shared bathroom that was next to mine. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in that bathroom, at the beginning I thought they were actually in my bathroom. There was some music during the day (you're in a music themed hotel so expect it), but everything was super quiet in the halls at night. No elevator - At least I didn't find one. And it's a looong ways up to the 200 level. The gentlemen at the front desk did help me take my bag up the second flight of stairs, but it's a haul with your stuff. Overall - I would definitely recommend a stay here in a Private Room. I can't attest to the shared space rooms, but it was quiet, affordable, and clean during my stay. If I come back to San Fran I would gladly stay here again.

Ottimo hotel, il personale qui è davvero sorprendente e si fa sentire a casa, indipendentemente dal giorno in cui ritorni, sono sempre là per salutarti. Grazie speciali a Jeffrey, che durante il turno notturno ha lavorato per il miglior servizio del migliore. Siamo innamorati di questo hotel e sicuramente torneremo presto.

E' esattamente quello che ho bisogno e che stavo cercando. Stavo partecipando a una conferenza presso la Moscone SF e stavo cercando di vedere dove posso stare con la mia camera da letto e la mia camera privata. il servizio era grande, anche ospitare il vostro cibo, lo metterebbero in frigorifero. camere molto belle. pulite e ben mantenuto. L'unica cosa malata che diceva era che il bagno era un po' libero. Era come se non fosse stato sigillato abbastanza e doveva essere stretto. posizione decente ma siete intorno a molti grandi luoghi per visitare. Questo hotel offre anche parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. In generale, ero così - Grazie.
