Not Kimpton Level Quality. This is a nice Holiday Inn, but not worth the Kimpton price. Stayed for 5 nights. CONS: Homeless guy sitting in the corner sleeping at the long table in the nook of the lobby! Flies swarming outside front doors day and night; and flies in the lobby when they prop open the front door! Stairs going down to enter hotel; very inconvenient with luggage; Everyone pays for parking in price of room, even if you don't have a car; No coffee nor microwave in room; Coffee only in lobby only from 6-10am and it was already COLD at 6:45am; False Advertising: I measured the ”Queen bed”. It's NOT a Queen, it's a FULL sized mattress (smaller) bed! Why did the guy checking in the 4 of us ask if I wanted a free upgrade from 2 Queens to ONE King?!?! I assumed he said 2 Kings, but nope, he checked the 4 of us into a room with only 1 KING bed and explained their rooms are not big enough for 2 Kings. Wow! LOUD ANNOYING keyboard player/singer in small lobby Saturday night; guy checking us in had to shout over the ”music”; No dresser; Dirty, dusty carpet along the walls; Ice only on 3rd & 7th floors; Fitness Center is useless for weight lifting: hand weights up to only 25lbs and no Universal weights machine. 4 cardio machines not necessary because you automatically get your cardio walking anywhere in the city; No breakfast & their on-site restaurant went out of business; They ignored the loud car alarm in their garage for at least 10 minutes. Listen to audio file from lobby attached. PROS: Excellent Customer Service

My now husband and I chose to stay here for our wedding weekend, and we couldn't have chosen a more romantic and charming place. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived (without warning) with several crates worth of wedding-related supplies, and their staff helped us bring it all up to our room. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and unique. Our room came with an amazing soaking tub that we enjoyed the morning of our wedding and best smelling toiletries we've ever found at a hotel. Despite the level of excitement we felt for our wedding we slept beautifully. The handsome writing desk was the perfect spot for us to write our thank you notes to our wedding vendors. Not sure why some reviews claim there isn't a breakfast? While the breakfast doesn't include hot items, the selection was great and of very high quality - fresh fruit, sandwiches, coffee, pastries, and we left happy and full. We look forward to returning for our anniversary someday!

Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza, mi sentivo di andare indietro nel tempo fino al 1800. La decorazione è molto vittoriana. Il bagno ha un moderno piombo, ma ha un bagno a piedi di clawfoot che ha mantenuto il senso del tempo. L'hotel, credo, era la casa di una famiglia all'inizio del 1900 che si è trasformato in un hotel. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era a pochi isolati da una classe che ho preso al Centro Culturale Giappone della California settentrionale. Dopo la classe ho esplorato la città del Giappone che era un trattamento. Hotel Majestic si trova in un centro storico, nel cuore del Giappone, che è facile da viaggiare con i trasporti pubblici. Non volevo noleggiare una macchina perché sono andato solo per un giorno e sapevo che il parcheggio sarebbe stato difficile in città. Mi sorprendevano piacevolmente che offrissero un complimentare colazione piena che non sapevo.Se i miei viaggi mi portassero di nuovo a San Francisco, rimarrei al Hotel Majestic per la sua posizione, le strutture, il servizio personale amichevole e le tariffe ragionevoli.

Un buon posto dove stare in generale, il personale è molto gentile, le camere sono pulite anche se la stanza in cui mi trovavo aveva diversi elettrodomestici rotti e non aveva un forno a microonde come menzionato, ma a parte questo nessuna lamentela. È un quartiere sicuro, un po' fuori mano ma vicino a molti tipi diversi di negozi tra cui Walgreens a un isolato di distanza.
