La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. Vicino a Fishermans lancia n powell hyde cavo. Facile da trovare cibo e negozi di souvenir. 10 minuti a piedi a Pier 39. La camera dell'hotel è grande e il personale è amichevole.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street e Chinatown sono entrambe raggiungibili a piedi, così come la zona alla moda di Russian Hill/Polk St con molti bar e ristoranti. Ci sono anche diversi punti di noleggio auto a pochi minuti a piedi in modo da poter attraversare il Golden Gate Bridge e andare al Battery Spencer Lookout o proseguire per Sausalito e Muir Woods. This hotel is a gem! From the friendly staff, the room amenities and comfortable rooms and beds to the excellent program of events and activities that the hotel has on offer, we had a wonderful stay and just wish we had more time to take advantage of the extras this hotel gives you. Freshly brewed local coffee in the morning with pastries/biscuits and fresh fruit-infused water always available in reception, these little extras made us feel extra welcome and we’d definitely return and recommend to others. The location in Fisherman’s Wharf area is perfect as well!

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

I had some initial problem with my booking but there were very good to solve them . Be aware there are renovation works happening at the time of this review and it can get noisy . The hotel and trip.com helped me with my feedback.

酒店附近交通便利，我每天都搭巴士往返酒店及各景點。入夜後酒店附近治安還可以，第一晚我自己一個女生也是10點才由巴士終站急步行3分鐘往酒店，美國街道不如香港般明亮，坦白說是有點害怕，但總之一直行別停就好了。**有一兩個，以三藩市來說，算是很少的一區了。樓下的IHOP必試，服務很好，食物很大份，附近往碼頭的餐廳例如Sourdough名店Boudin或其他出名cafe例如Hollywood cafe都是步行範圍內，步行4分鐘也會找到超市，所以食的方面完全不用擔心。講返酒店，check in剛好遇到識講廣東話的華人姐姐，所以好順利。房間同照片都很相符，整體是乾淨企理的，熱水夠熱夠水壓，唯一唔太慣係無電熱水壺而只有咖啡壺。酒店後園都幾chill，可以外賣係果到食，或室內的座位都好舒服，收左所謂的娛樂設施費，所以一定享用下。一層樓有好多間房，住客大部分都係西方面孔，大家都係放假黎玩，都係nice的。有一晚11點警鐘誤鳴，大家都不知所措，無職員協助，後來無再響，大家各自返返房。唯一不開心是房間有窗但對著停車場，結果都要長期拉埋窗簾，有景等於無景，有點可惜，不過咁既價錢，唔要求得太多。如果再去三藩市，會再住，唔住呢間，都應該會住係呢區(Fishermen's Wharf)。
