Super dissappointing stay! Firstly parking cost $88 plus tax (literally $100) a night !! No other hotel I've stayed at charge this much for parking! Secondly location is very uphill - it's too difficult to walk anywhere! And then the room is big but 1/3 of the room consists of the closet and there weren't enough seats to sit all four of us. The hotel is also very old- the charging sockets don't work, the sheets are smelly, the toilet won't flush properly. You literally have to pay for everything including wifi and the gym. The carpet was so dirty: we asked for slippers but they were of such low quality compared to like 3 star hotels. Hotel charges so much for such a dissappointing stay-$500 a night.

The front desk agent, Cameron was phenomenal. Housekeeping staff was hospitable and considerate. Very happy!
喜歡歷史感的酒店的客人會很喜歡這家酒店的:很富故事性,保養得敢很好,一百年前的富麗堂皇到現在仍感覺到。
可惜人員水平低下,房間有問題時,從不想解決方案,只會打電話過來,冷冰冰的說:「Just to let you know that you cannot get the refund anyway」。
