They refused to refund my doubled booking
they charged me for two rooms for the same night

The room smells like toilet
No bottled water provided
no electric pot
The really important thing is that when I went to check out, the staff knocked two or three times to talk on the phone from a place I couldn't see for about 5 minutes.
Didn't you know you were calling me? He argued that
I grumbled that it was difficult because I was the only one
I asked for a receipt
At first, they said no, but later issued a receipt for the $50 they deposited.

Hotel is good. Shower is quite strong compared to other hotels. Nice view of San Francisco.

坂の上にあるので、かなり行くのに苦労しました。
他の方も書いている通り、受付の女性の対応が最悪でした。

Was better than I expected! It was clean, quiet and our room had a smaller second room for the second bed that I wasn't expecting. It offered more privacy for each person and also made the entire room feel bigger. Check in/out was a bit strange since they have a person working virtually thru a kiosk. My process was smooth but it would've felt safer knowing there was an actual person at the property

I'm staying 2 nights front desk make 2 different restaurants and when ask why my room that was not clean no clean towels hi said the cleaning was very 3 days

The internet went down before I arrived at the hotel, after waiting 1.5 hours in my car with a young child in my car, I was directed to a "sister hotel" in the area. Three other people who got there after I did were directed to and given the option for another stay before I was, I spoke with reception after already waiting 30 minutes due to the sign on the front door that they were having difficulty and would open soon, who said they would update me immediately, and I had to go back in and follow up after seeing people leave the Parking lot. I also heard another person waiting mention they had been given the sister hotel option one hour before I was and when I inquired I was told options were being figured out.
