Hotel vicini a Gitane Restaurant & Bar a San Francisco

Esperienza meravigliosa al King George's. La posizione era buona, a pochi passi dal 7-11. Il personale della reception è stato super gentile e ci ha dato consigli dato che è la nostra prima volta a San Francisco. Caffè, distributore d'acqua e bar nella hall, macchina del ghiaccio al 2° livello. Non c'è il frigo in camera.

This hotel was just perfect for our stay in San Francisco. It is in a fantastic location in Union Square so close to the BART Powell St Station, Cable Cars, Macy's and Westfield Shopping Centre. Everything you could possibly need was within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel offered bagels, fruit and yoghurts each morning pretty basic but sufficient to start the day. Coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby and there was a coffee machine in our room. Sadly the restaurant was not open during our stay I think the hotel has recently had new owners. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, taking time to chat and give advice on local attractions how to get there etc. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean although not serviced daily however we did not need that, towels were changed every other day but we did have 4 sets for the 2 of us each time the room was serviced and coffee sachets/pods were available in the lobby so there was no real need for a daily service. We had a safe in our room, hairdryer, iron, WiFi was great. Storage lockers are available in reception for luggage if you have a late flight, we used these and on return to collect were invited to help ourselves to coffee before setting off on our journey, guest satisfaction seems to be a priority. The area is a little noisy at night but we weren't really bothered by it. There are a few homeless people opposite and a few yards up the road but they didn't bother us, some would say hello but never asked for anything, they are human after all. Overall the Bijou was just perfect for us and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Per peggiorare le cose, quando abbiamo chiesto di controllare in anticipo a causa di questa questione, non ci sono stati offerti rimborsi, perché il nostro soggiorno è stato prepagato su expedia. Spedia ci ha detto che la proprietà è da decidere mentre la proprietà ha detto che è expedia.. Meglio non offrire niente, perché è veramente vergognoso offrire questo alle persone.. Eravamo uno dei molti clienti a lamentarsi, e abbiamo visto che i ricevitori non avevano compassione per nessuno.. Sì, tutte le aziende sono là per fare soldi, ma non come questo. Quello che hanno fatto è vicino a rubare da qualcuno! Non posso raccomandare questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori, e continuerò a scrivere su altre piattaforme per avvertire le persone..

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 4 notti con la nostra famiglia. Posizione centrale, comodo per raggiungere vari punti di interesse della città,anche se confinante con una zona poco raccomandabile, soprattutto di sera. Albergo molto bello, camere pulite e dotate di Wifi. Alla reception tutti molto gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni. Ci hanno anche chiamato la navetta per l'aeroporto. Unica pecca l'aria condizionata sempre troppo alta.

Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The bathroom door was hanging off its hinge and could only close 90% and the shower had non-functioning blinds on the window so there was no private way to shower. The room should never have been rented to us or anyone. We booked a room for a week at The Fitzgerald for GDC 2023. First thing the room was ready an hour later than check-in time. Not a big deal, but not a great start. We are then informed that because it's a busy time we are being put in a room in the lobby, not the end of the world but it without a doubt was the worst location I've ever been in. You can hear 100% of the noise all day in the lobby meaning no comfort or privacy for you in your room. Now once we got into the room we found a few issues, some stuff had been missed for a long time while cleaning, there was a bag over the smoke alarm. The room is located on the first floor with a window looking out into the street. One of the panes was cracked leading to essentially all street noise leaking into the room 24/7. But without a doubt the biggest issue was that the bathroom door's hinges was mostly torn out of the wall meaning the bathroom door could only shut part way leaving a large gap. I can't imagine why they thought it was okay to rent a room with a non-functioning bathroom door, but it is completely unacceptable. In the bathroom you will find that the toilet is put right up against another door which also leads to the lobby, again making the use of the facilities extremely uncomfortable. There is also a window next to the shower, but the blinds are broken and can't be opened or closed and instead are just stuck halfway. When we informed the front desk, we were told that ”No one can be out there” discounting our discomfort and acting as though it wasn't an issue and seemingly thinking windows don't open, and can't generally be seen through. We asked the front desk about swapping rooms, but as it's GDC they are booked up. So instead we informed them that we will be checking out and moving to another hotel. They said ”We know the room isn't great” still standing by their view that the room is up to The Fitzgerald standards, which I have no choice but to believe it is. They then also told us that because we booked through a 3rd party instead of directly through them their hands were tied in terms of issuing any sort of refund. Looking at their website their ”Check Availability” button links directly to booking(dot)com and the ”Reservations” button links directly to hotels(dot)com so I'm assuming they are trying to funnel unsuspecting people to 3rd party sites so they can then hide behind them when someone inevitably has an issue. So on top of the issues with the room it seems like they have some scummy business practices as well. I can only recommend not to rent a room from this hotel. Sure some of their rooms might be passable, but there is a non-zero chance that they stick you in the worst room you've ever had

La posizione geografica è molto conveniente, molto vicino al porto di Nemze, e ci sono trader Joe in entrambi i quartieri.Il personale è amichevole.E'anche molto pulito e tranquillo. Anche se non molti tipi di colazione, sono ancora buoni per il cibo.

La porta dell'hotel non è grande.Come la porta di un piccolo hotel comune.La strada della porta è una tipica strada di San Francisco.Quando guidava in passato, era un hotel.Inizia a pensare che fosse sbagliato.Haha. C'è una ricezione sul corridoio.Poi c'è un piccolo negozio di autoassistenza.Alla fine del corridoio c'è un ascensore.Il ascensore può raggiungere la zona della stanza.La stanza è installata in modo regolare.La nostra finestra della stanza è una strada fuori. Ci sono ristoranti veloce sulla strada e impianti di trattamento di carbone, e il bus tornato è sul lato della strada. Dopo l'alloggio, usciamo per fare il bagno.La prima strada e la seconda strada sono mangiati.Dopo la seconda strada è già un porto.La posizione è molto conveniente.Certo, la reception ha scritto 10 yuan di credito sulla carta quando si tratta di soggiorno. Puoi comprare qualcosa in un negozio di autobigliamento menzionato sopra.Non c'è acqua minerale nella stanza, quindi pensiamo che questo 10 yuan sia usato per comprare acqua.

Hi, the hotel is very clean and hosts very friendly. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not good at all, but this hotel seems like an oasis in the block. I was offered an upgrade from a shared bathroom to a room with private bathroom.

It is a clear and tidy hotel with no doubt. However, some of its staff were extremely rude. I went down to ask them if the hotel offered turndown services. The man starred at me then asked, in a highly disrespectful tone, “what do you mean by a turndown service?” Completely shocked that I would encounter such a question at a Nikko hotel, I could not say a word for like ten seconds while that man continued starring at me. How can I reason his behavior if not an intentional embarrassment?
