Hotel in zona Seda Nature Trail, San Diego

Grande posto e camere pulite Io faro' in modo che torni a raccontare ai miei compagni di questo posto, qui e il manager per un po' di guancia.

Nel complesso, darei all'hotel un punteggio di 6 su 10. La struttura era carina, in posizione centrale, pulita e la prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo in futuro. C'erano alcune cose che erano scomode, come la lavanderia non era disponibile, la sala colazione è chiusa fino a nuovo avviso, e il servizio era un po' lento, ma a parte questi pochi aspetti negativi, il nostro soggiorno è stato tranquillo e piacevole!

Maybe it's just this location, yet this facility is NOT what the chain it advertises, that is clean, spacious, comfortable long stay accommodations . I am a military member moving with a family. This location was recommended by the local base on their list of temporarily lodging. It seemed decent on the reviews and the price was reasonable. We are coming from overseas and at the time we checked in, we had just arrived and were tired and jet lagged. As soon as I entered, we were greeted by a dark, dingy lobby area which is extended to all the passageways. This location is pet friendly, which I have no issue with as a pet lover myself yet the musty smell of animals was pervasive which means cleaning is not kept up with. Knowing what I know now, I should have left, yet again, we were tired and just wanted to rest. Well, the room was not much bigger than a regular hotel room which again, is not the impression that you get by the website. The 4 of us felt cramped and after just a few minutes in the room, our feet were all blackened, indicating that this room was not clean. My wife and I felt compelled to go to a local store and bought cleaning gear. She spent about 2 hours cleaning the entire room which was filthy. It was during this time, that we noticed the hot water was not working in the room at all! We asked the clerk about it and another pro-tip to know is that there is not a maintenance person on site. After forgetting to come up the first time (I had to go down and remind him after about 45 min), he was able to get the bathroom hot water running yet we were without hot water at the sink in kitchenette. Pro-tip #2: There are no dishes, utensils, or pots/pans in the kitchenette. Who does this? After reviewing the website, it looks like you can check them out from the front, yet we were not told that on check in. Final straw was the computer device limit. I've never heard of this in any hotel, yet apparently, you can only have 5 devices max per room unless you do a $2.00 a day upgrade. My kids are older and just starting college and I'm about to start a new job, and its 2021 so we all have at least two devices. This is obviously a nickel and dime money grab and a pretty lousy practice, which to me represents how this whole chain is run. When we awoke the next day after an uncomfortable sleep, we realized there was no way we could stay and so we contacted customer service. They were helpful and we were able to get our money back. This still put us in a very tight bind as we had planned to stay there a month and now had to scramble to find other accommodations and pack up, move and drag all of our luggage. I have let the base know they should not be recommending this place to anyone.

In generale, non è buono, è meglio di quanto si aspettasse

Receptionist Housekeeping and employees were super nice and fulfilled all my needs for this stay here, really made me feel welcomed:) When i went out every morning for work id kindly ask if they can clean my room give me new fresh towels blankets and toilet paper and soon as i got back I recieved everything i needed

La stanza è un po'fuori.Quando arriviamo, stiamo riparando la strada, e alcune influenzano l'esperienza di alloggio.Rispetto alle attrezzature hardware dell'hotel, la colazione è il punto luminoso!

Attualmente sono qui ora... è venuto la scorsa notte 0ct25 .... il primo ragazzo non saluta nemmeno, cosa posso fare per te dico che ho una prenotazione, prende le mie carte e poi passami un accordo sul fumo non lo fa sembra che tutti prendano come se fossi single non fumo nemmeno .... la prossima cosa che il bagno ha un paio di capelli lisci a terra sono nero ho i dreadlocks quindi mi danno spazio se il bagno non era pulito sono i capelli puliti di Mis a terra non chiamo nemmeno la reception rimango ancora non voglio sembra che stia causando un problema soprattutto quando è in gioco il colore ma sono kool tho

Il servizio di ricetta più economico è buono alle quattro del mattino, voglio che l'aereo possa aiutare a chiamare l'auto. Questo è un grande aiuto per una persona che non vuole giocare

Vorrei gridare a Rieanne, il personale del front desk, che mantiene le sue parole per offrire alla mia famiglia una migliore stanza possibile durante il nostro soggiorno in questa occasione. Il nostro soggiorno a Jan era deludente, poiché la stanza è certamente dovuta per la manutenzione. Lei ha offerto alla mia famiglia una camera diversa, ma abbiamo deciso di tenerla, perché ci siamo trasferiti solo per qualche notte. Questa volta la nostra camera era pulita e ben mantenuta. Il personale dell'hotel era responsabile quando ho riportato qualche problema di minore custodia. Il colazione complimentare è stato fresco. La posizione è comodo. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Rimango sicuramente in questo hotel.

Il servizio della signorina e della sorella della reception è molto buono. Il viso spesso sorride 😊 L'ambiente è buono, la camera è grande, la colazione è diversa, deliziosa.L'atteggiamento della zia di acqua è comune. La mia struttura di stanza è piccola, l'acqua di lavaggio è molto lenta e lenta. Quando lava il lavabo è piena di acqua. Poi il cappello si e'arrosto, poi ha cambiato una stanza, e la porta d'acqua è piccola, e l'acqua è lenta e l'acqua è arrosto.Il cappello è cambiato dal secondo piano e il quinto piano, e ha rotto un elettrone.
