The kitchen & dining room open directly to the backyard, which has PING-PONG, natural gas BBQ, outdoor dining table (seats 8), a turf area with a toddler/young kids outdoor play-set/PLAYGROUND with a slide, a large umbrella, & two comfy seats for sitting in the shade. The 1st floor also features a bedroom suite with a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, with access to the front patio & HOT-TUB.Upstairs, a spacious primary bedroom suite has a king bed, seating to enjoy the view or read, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, a sofa-bed (full size mattress), and a pack-and-play (portable crib). This bedroom has 2 balconies, giving you a 270-degree view of the bay, downtown lights, boats, SeaWorld, Point Loma & the natural surroundings. The upper floor has 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a desk overlooking the entryway & access to the upper front balcony with bay views.
