Maintenance and Repair: You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide, including but not limited to: * Regularly inspecting the in-ground trampoline and pool slide for any damage or defects and immediately notifying Landlord of any such issues. * Keeping the in-ground trampoline and pool slide clean and in good working order. * Making minor repairs to the in-ground trampoline and pool slide with Landlord's prior written approval. 4. Insurance: You shall obtain and maintain, at your own expense, liability insurance in an amount sufficient to cover any potential claims arising out of your (or other members of your party) use of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide.
