酒店房間面積挺大，可以去樓下接水。面對高速那側的房間有點兒吵鬧。連續住了四晚，總體滿意，打車也方便。

酒店靠近高速，非常的吵。讓前台幫忙換安靜房間。非常不耐煩説沒有，再三溝通後又有了。酒店設施絕對90年代星級酒店那種感覺了。千萬別住總之就是

Hotel was in an idea location, very close to shopping, eating, and other popular San Diego attractions! Hotel receptionists in person and on the phone were very rude but other than that it was a pleasant stay! Room was clean and did the job!

This place is cleaned, close to the Zoo. You will need a car. Will definitely book again in the future.

Vee at front desk was absolutely amazing. Great customer service. Made us feel welcomed, gave us options on room view, and helped us get settled in a timely manner.

When we got in our room we opened the drawers and there were dirty towels, dirty clothes, and an empty bottle of alcohol. It gave us a really bad feel from the start. I was disappointed and feel a discount should have been given. I told the house cleaner on our floor and said she would tell her supervisor. I was not contacted.

The room was very comfortable but could use a few upgrades such as towel racks and better outdoor furniture on the deck. Parking is WAY overpriced as is the restaurant food and drinks. The $10 off beverage coupon the front desk gave us when our room wasn't ready brought the drink costs only down to regular bar costs. Still, the staff was very nice and the 3 to 5PM free drink special in the lobby was nice.

Hotel is in a very convenient area, close to shopping malls and dining areas literally in the middle of everything. Also staff was very kind and friendly.

No hot water, only lukewarm. Extremely small bathroom, no towel racks or shelves to put items. Remove the pic in the bathroom and put in a shelf. It takes at least 12-15 rings before anyone answers. TV had a picture that distorted people, couldn’t read the text on the screen. Totally useless. Phone did not work. Took three service calls to get it to be usable. The phone was ancient and had yellowed over time, yuck. The bed had two sheets with a blanket between the two. Sheets wrinkled. Extra blanket in the room smelled terrible. Had to call guest services for a blanket. The bed was very uncomfortable and had my back complaining. Recycle bin wasn’t empty. I have stayed at numerous Westin/Sheraton properties and this was the worst experience. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel.

We loved the hotel, the staff and our room. The only negative was the bathroom in Room 1008. The wallpaper is peeling and the pocket door did not close completely and needs to be repaired.

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean. Our only complaint was that our room was right next to the gym. We could hear the machines going very early in the morning. This caused us to check out early because we were unable to sleep in.

Had a plumbing issue first night. Manager on call, Midge took care of us. Thanks again for your professionalism and understanding.
