The full kitchen includes an electric cooktop, double oven, dishwasher and various appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. There are dishes, utensils, and pots & pans as well as coffee filters and various teas & spices in the cupboard. There is also a separate dining room with large dining table. The house has two inside sitting areas. One is a spacious living room with fireplace, reading area and board games. There is also a den with access to the patio and has a TV with ROKU. The patio is lovely, and overlooks the sweeping views.Our guest house host resides in the downstairs apartment. There is no common area or entry. Please respect her privacy by not venturing to the downstairs patio. It is much appreciated to keep noise down after 11 pm.
