L'hotel è situato nella vecchia città, la posizione è buona, ma la stanza è troppo piccola, il letto non è abbastanza 1.5 metri, e due persone sono molto affamate a dormire. La colazione è buona, la varietà è ricca, l'ospitalità è entusiasta, il parcheggio richiede 40 yuan per notte, c'è un negozio di colazione vicino all'hotel, la produzione è molto buona 👍 Abbiamo un sacco di negozi vicino all'hotel, conveniente!

Good budget room. Comfortable. Perfectly adequate for a one night stay, nothing flash but I wasn't expecting it to be. Wouldn't walk the area at night due to the number of homeless but fine to walk to the shops in daylight (mind crossing the busy roads). Staff friendly and helpful.

Though the staff was nice, this hotel is not in good shade. We requested early check-in, but the room was not ready when we arrived at 11;30. No big deal, it was a request not a promise. The desk took my name and number and said they would call when the room was ready. I called at 3:30 to check and no one answered (room was promised at 3:00). Waited and finally arrived at 6:30pm and a different person apologized saying the room had been ready for hours and they no one had told her to call. Annoying but time. We went to our room and quickly discovered the door didn't latch, so it could be pushed open from the outside and slid open from the inside. Obviously and outside safety/privacy issue and definitely not going to work with our two little kids. Front desk clerk spent a few minutes trying to fixed it, but said she would need to call maintenance and it would be a few hours. That's a no go, we already check in late and need to get our little ones to bed. We were moved to a different room and given a slight discount since we were moved from a bunk bed suite to a king double combo. I'm not actually sure if the discount wall less than the room would have been had I booked that one to begin with. In the second room the phone didn't work making contacting the front desk difficult. Office informed with no solution. We dealt with it. My parents stayed onsite as well and their shower had only a half wall causing the floor to flood with each shower. They could not move rooms since they needed the bunk bed and the only other bunk bed room (ours) couldn't lock, so they stayed put. This hotel also doesn't have an elevator, so we spent much of the early morning and late night listening to people bang their rolling bags up and down the adjacent stairs. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast was as expected with fruit, cereal, a waffle maker, etc. If you need s place nearby that is fairly clean and safe this place will work, but keep your expectations low. Also be warned- they have a pool that is open year round, but it is not heated.

The worst hotel experience ever! There was a mistake in the booking of our room that had us checking out a day earlier than expected. We returned to our room at 8:30pm and our cards did not work in the door. We went to the front desk and the person said our reservation was over and someone else was checked into the room. They did not attempt to contact us in any way, no calls, email, or text. Meanwhile we found one of our suitcases abandoned in a hallway. None of the employees on shift knew what had happened and searched around for our belongings. Eventually they found some but not all our items stuffed in garbage bags in a mechanical room. We had to unload the garbage bags and repack our suitcases in the hallway with customers walking around and over our items. It was then that we realized that several of our items were missing that were in the dresser, in the closet and on the desk. The person at the front desk refused to help and look for the missing items. That same night we called corporate customer support, and she said due to the magnitude of the incident she was opening an investigation case, and someone would be contacting us shortly. Three days later after no contact we called corporate again and were told it could take some time to resolve the case but if the hotel’s management didn’t provide a satisfactory resolution corporate would step in and make it right for us. It has now been almost three months since the hotel lost almost $350 worth of our personal belongings. Nobody has reached out to contact us to try to resolve this. We’ve called and talked to five corporate customer service representatives and spent hours on the phone and all they do is put us on hold, call the hotel, and “review options”. At the end corporate customer support said the only option is to try to resolve it directly with the hotel and they can’t do anything to help. We will NEVER stay at one of the Choice Hotels brands of hotels again!
