La struttura è comoda e centrale. All’apparenza bella. Si perdono nei dettagli e nel servizio. Se chiedi due flaconcini di shampo ti chiedono indietro il sapone solido. Le asciugamani sono macchiate e sembrano sporche. Ma non le hanno smacchiate e quindi te ne fai una ragione. La colazione non male ma senza scelta. La sera prima ordini e ricevi

Hotel Junvay is a place I just don't understand. We had a lovely room with a tiny balcony (good to have a smoke, not to sit) at the back of the flowering courtyard, we were brought a heater when the weather turned cold, we had a kettle and a fridge, the shower was roomy, the street was quiet yet conveniently one block from the pedestrian street, shops and markets and restaurants all convenient and close, and most of the week we were there the hotel was empty. Some nights we were the only guests. It's true that Junvay is a bit classier than most places we usually stay. Many travellers we met in SCDC stayed in hostels, ok, I get that, others stayed in more expensive hotels closer to the "cooler" pedestrian street, but for us that street was only a 5-7-minute walk. My suggestion? Be a smart traveller, stay here!!

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, slow service. If you come back after 10pm, you have to ring the bell and wait to get in. One small water bottle for two people each day. Shower was great, good water pressure and hot water. It gets chilly at night, warm blanket on the bed.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is ideal, the staff super friendly and the room very clean. It was definitely my favorite hotel throughout our Chiapas trip. The hotel is also super quiet at night which is a huge plus.

Hotel Junvay is an absolutely lovely hotel! Everything was just wonderful! From the modern, large, comfortable rooms to the delicious food at the on-site cafe- we enjoyed it all very much! We had stayed a 2 other hotels in San Cristalbol- not by choice- the road to Comitan had a blackade so we were not able to go to the other parts of Chiapas as we had planned. Having to stay an extended period in San Cristalbol was an enjoyable experience and Hotel Junvay made it even better! It was the best hotel of our stay there! Would definitely recommend Hotel Junvay for a lovely hotel in San Cristóbal!

Excelente hotel. Check in, habitación 16, limpia, amplia, bien iluminada y ventilada. Agua caliente en regadera y lavabo. Toallas y ropa de cama pulcra. TV no tiene Netflix activo. Balcón con vista al jardín. Cortinas blackout. Disfrutamos al 100% San Cristóbal de las Casas y lo recorrimos a pie desde el hotel. Muy recomendable.

Bonito , excelente ubicación , habitaciones confortables y muy limpias , se disfruta enormemente, la verdad regresaría sin pensarlo, todo nos encantó , llovió un día y se disfrutó del balcón súper agradable, el personal muy atento. Hermoso

Excelente hotel! Viajé en plan familiar, una muy buena experiencia. El personal en todo momento muy amable. Las habitaciones muy comodas con instalaciones de primera, muy limpias. El jardin bien cuidado, muy lindo. El servicio del restaurante muy bueno, siempre muy amables con una actitud increible. Definitivamente si lo recomiendo.

Siempre que venimos a san Cristóbal, nos quedamos en este hotel, todo muy agusto y bonito, las habitaciones y en especial el jardín es de los mejores, lo recomiendo mucho para quienes vengan a quedarse y pasar agradablemente unos días en este pueblito mágico
