Views all the way to Catalina and San Clemente Islands on a clear day. Clear view of the pier too. Take a 5 minute walk to the pier or beach, or you can take a 5 minute walk to Del Mar to enjoy an awesome dinner at one of San Clemente's gourmet restaurants. Inside, you will find all premium amenities. The spacious living room features a 55” flat screen tv and a custom pull out couch double sleeper. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with upgraded stainless appliances. Outside, you will enjoy the bistro set with your favorite bottle of wine. Use the provided binoculars to spot the spray from the whales or to get a closer look at a sailboat. The San Clemente sunsets from this location are like nothing else you’ve seen! Enjoy the large grassy area directly in front of the unit or take 10 steps down to the pool to enjoy a dip. You have a dedicated PRIVATE parking space within the gate of the complex.
