Hotel in zona Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario

Ho visitato la famiglia nella zona per diverse notti e ho prenotato un soggiorno in un vicino Residence Inn (da quando sono membro di Bonvoy) e ho avuto una terribile esperienza lì, quindi ho controllato fuori da lì dopo la prima notte e mi sono trasferito a questa proprietà – The Il tipo che mi ha controllato era fantastico! gli ho detto delle questioni con l'altra proprietà e lui ha fatto davvero le sue scuse e mi ha fatto controllare rapidamente. Era utile anche con altre richieste. Questo hotel è davvero molto decente... Ci sono alcune questioni strane, come gli ospiti che hanno vandalizzato l'ascensore leggendo fuori (scrapped loro nomi/graffiti in esso – perché?!?)... Inoltre, ci sono tipicamente coperte di vestiti sopra le luci sul tetto nelle sale, ma qui they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfortable. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, la TV ha funzionato bene e così ha fatto la doccia, ma il bacino non sembra avere acqua calda – Questo è in realtà qualcosa che ho notato in tutti gli Aloft hotel che ho soggiornato in, fanno un terribile lavoro di fornire acqua calda. Il personale di custodia sembra fare un lavoro decente, almeno nella stanza in cui sono. Anche le strutture tipiche della stanza. La posizione è molto più pulita e più sicura di tutta vicino all'aeroporto, ma questo è meno di 5 minuti da lì – quindi resta qui invece! Io resterei ancora qui!

La stanza non era pulita, la maggior parte dei mobili erano posti aperti, ma anche se abbiamo prenotato una stanza tripla, ci è stata data una letta regina e un divano senza letti. Il telefono in camera non funzionava e ho dovuto tornare alla ricezione per chiedere le foglie e le mutande, mentre quando abbiamo aperto il divano era pieno di cibo e sporco. Anche se annuncia che c'è una navetta gratuita all'aeroporto, durante il nostro soggiorno non c'è stata alcuna navetta e dobbiamo andare all'aeroporto.

In pratica, tutti sono buoni, solo il bagaglio è relativamente lontano, l'ambiente è buono, ma ha un sapore **, il condizionamento non può regolare la velocità del vento, quindi è più morbido, ha!

È stato un grande soggiorno i letti sono comodi il personale è molto amichevole e utile le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno le suite sono venute con forno top e funzionano così bene abbiamo cucinato pasti pieni e mi piace come possiamo prendere in prestito Apparecchi come mixers waffle maker e più sul desk front we made soaps and empanadas I want to say the best part that I absolutely loved would be the soap that have the dam brand for hand soap lotion body washing conditioner and shampoo it was absolutamente meraviglioso sentirsi come il tuo in realtà a casa

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. È stato un soggiorno piacevole la reception ha reso il check-in un gioco da ragazzi ed erano molto gentili e accomodanti la camera era pulita e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio soggiorno consiglierei questo hotel e ci tornerei

Grande hotel, piccoli colazione, problemi di aria condizionata e letto non così comodo come al solito, ma questo è un grande fermo durante la notte

Il hotel ha scelto di rimanere in hotel perché Claremont Doubletree era più costoso. Inoltre, l'hotel ha chiuso corridoi, che è più sicuro per una donna che viaggia da sola.
