The hotel was clean and I liked the location. Staff really was nice BUT we traveled with our 3 yr old. We received a complaint because he was playing. So I asked for tips to keep a toddler from playing because the individuals above had kids doing the same thing and I swear I never even noticed until my husband pointed it out. We mind our business and my son was in bed at a time to not keep people up at night. So I was disappointed about that but everything else was good.

Iris AKA Kevin, ( inside joke) and the entire staff were amazing!! This place is perfectly located, very convenient to all events, like Six Flags, SeaWorld, the river walk downtown and anything else you might choose to do while staying in San Antonio! This was our second year, in a row staying here and we will be back soon.

The hotel was nice and clean. The food was great. Employees were friendly.
The room was strange- the TV was in the sitting area but not facing the couch . We could turn it to see the tv from the two beds but it was really far away and we had to turn up the volume. When the trundle bed comes out you can't get around it without kicking it or tripping over it. Over all the room Layout was very strange and uncomfortable. This was a suite for a family. With kids you expect space and a good tv lay out.

It was a great area, plenty of stores close by for shopping and eating. The room was nice and accommodated my family of 5 very well, our only complaint was the shower pressure. It felt like a strong water hose that was a bit painful if we didn't continuously move away from the water.

Front desk was extremely friendly at check in. Door to bathroom slid past the opening so the inside of the bathroom was still visible. Beds were not comfortable at all but the room was clean and spacious. We checked in around 9 and check out at 7am so our stay was not long. Overall it was okay. Location was great though.

The area was safe, quiet and close to dining and shopping areas. The parking space goes around the hotel’s perimeter and well-lighted. The breakfast option was good except that the area needed more seating for busy breakfast times.

This hotel was perfect for a family weekend. Safe area and convenient next to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Front desk was great as well! 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful view, close proximity to shopping and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The staff was absolutely the best, made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived. The breakfast was superb, a bit busy but it is Spring Break. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are extremely clean. The fitness center isn’t the biggest but you do have access to the gym next door. Would definitely stay here again.
