I am disappointed and hurt, the front desk clerk seen that I was in a dark place. I checked in for two nights and I didn't realize checkout time was 11am that checkout morning. I checked out a hour later at 12 because on the door inside the rooms stated clearly checkout time is at 12. I ask why is it a 35 dollar charge she stated theres a 35 late fee after every hour. So i explain that i didnt know my checkout time was at 11am it states 12 am on the doors in the rooms, all she said oh our hotel is transition we haven't had the chance to take that down and charged me and extra 35 dollars for checking out late. Like a warning would of been nice because I am new here and they are clearly promoting false advertisements and think that's okay just because there transitioning. Like a person never know what someone is going through like that was clearly a mistake and the manager littered looked at me and walked away without even trying to help the situation. I was hurt I didn't even try to fix it I just said thank you for the stay and left. I just feel like situation can be handle better.

L'hotel era ben situato per le nostre esigenze. Il parcheggio era buono con spazio ampio. In generale l'hotel era un po' più vecchio all'interno, poteva usare qualche aggiornamento. L'ascensore era utile ma spaventoso. Il colazione era il tuo tipico uova schiacciate, che potevano essere polverizzate inizialmente, il pane di base di salsa, le waffle cereali, eccetera, niente di speciale. La camera era pulita, ma datata. Il condizionatore d'aria era ben raffreddato e riscaldato, ma era molto rumoroso, difficile da sentire la televisione a volte sopra. Il sedile del bagno era rotto e poco legato alla base. La doccia deve essere manipolata per arrivare alla seduta calda. In generale, darei all'hotel 6 su 10 per l'esperienza complessiva.

E' stato molto bello per la prima volta a San Antonio molto lussuoso e io tornerò indietro
