The staff was super friendly the room itself was super clean, my only complaint, in the bathroom there is mildew/mold on the ceiling in the corners. But other than that.. it’s an older hotel. It may need some newer updating but overall we are pleased!

The staff was nice, and for that I feel a little bad writing this review, but it is the truth. I have no idea how this hotel could be rated as very good on *******. The only good feature was the pool and it was ice cold and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My kids fished out the bugs with a net. LOL. The room was not clean and I was highly concerned there were probably bed bugs. I removed the old blanket and sanitized the sheets myself. The shower had mildew and hair on the wall. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet is very old and gross. The tv remote didn’t work. I was told by the front desk to stand and manually change the channel. No sidewalks outside so you can not walk anywhere as the hotel is right next to the freeway. Breakfast extremely limited. Microwaved sausage and eggs. 7-9am only. The maids and staff seem to enter rooms freely. As if all of that wasn’t enough there was a pre scheduled entire hotel power outage from 9am-2pm which we were not informed off until our arrival from out of town and not offered any sort of a refund. Would not recommend.

Everything was very very clean especially for the price that I paid smelled wonderful staff at the desk was very friendly who knew for 70 bucks you can get such luxury

The restroom was nasty and dingy looking. Definitely needs a paint job and checked for black mold. The service was okay. When we went to the front desk to ask for extra towels we were questioned like we were asking to take out a diamond necklace. The breakfast was NOT what was described in the app. There was definitely not much to eat and what was available was limited. We were awaken by a staff member trying to get into our room with their key at 6-7am. Only to find out he was trying to go into a room on the 2nd floor. Said he was confused. Not sure what that was about. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were sooo small. I needed all four of the pillows on the bed to feel comfortable but left my husband with one. The sheets and blankets weren’t so great. My mother in laws blanket had a cigarette burn in it. Supposed to be a non smoking room.

3 night stay while in town. Can’t complain too much because the price was great. Only complaint is that upon check in there was a $150 incidental fee added to my card. Lady said it would fall off within an hour upon check out. Once we checked out the guy at front desk said it would be 3-4 days.

TV didn't work. Lots of traffic noise, bring your earplugs! Breakfast choices very limited. Bed was comfy!
