Hotel 5 stelle di recente costruzione ti accoglie con tutti i comfort necessari. La vista al mare di color turchese completa il tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è molto attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Viaggio in famiglia con bimbi piccoli, ottima la cucina, attenta anche alle esigenze dei più piccoli. Super consigliato, da provare

All very good service I enjoyed the buffet and the staff was very attentive very professional and helpful I will be returning soon and looking forward to enjoying the services once more the place was very nice and clean and the buffet options where plentiful

Although this hotel is OK for what it is, be advised that it is not a resort in the typical sense. This is advertised as luxury- it is not. There is one pool- on the second floor with the sunbathing under concrete shade- so there is no sunbathing. No beach access and dining is all buffet style. (There is 1 specialty restaurant that seems to always be full). The island itself has very few beaches so if you’re thinking about much of the Caribbean with long white sand beaches and resorts with multiple pools on the beach than you will be disappointed. If you choose San Andres for some reason- we found 3-4 hotels that had much better pools with beach access. Dining is much better on the island because there are many varied choices than paying for an all in one option. After 2 days at this place we went elsewhere and choose to eat at different restaurants some of which were fantastic for much less than eating at the buffet of Grand Sirenis.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The food and drinks were fantastic. I would’ve preferred to have a cleaner room, but it was still great. The staff is extremely friendly and love to be there. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who’d like to stay in San Andres for an all inclusive trip!

Americans don’t bother. This is not a resort it’s a hotel with 1 pool on the second floor. Not on the beach. Next to a loud road- not relaxing at all. The “specialty” restaurants are not built yet. The one that is, is booked all the time. So just a buffet with 200 other people crowding around, if that’s your thing then ok. The island is hard to get to and is basically unkept with nothing extraordinary to do that you can’t find elsewhere. The creole people here hate the Columbians and visa versa, so it just feels tense. The hotel is supposedly 2 years old and the maintenance is dismal. It’s basically falling apart already. The beds and pillows are very hard and the shower has no pressure and is lukewarm. If you are just looking for a nice all-inclusive resort in the sun to relax this is not it.

The food here is amazing and the amenities are great. For an all-inclusive hotel, we were pretty impressed with the food offered at the buffet. My only complaint is that the rooms should be cleaner and are kinda out dated. Felt like a motel room rather than the 5-star hotel that it holds itself out to be. There was also a weird smell to our room (like wet towels).

I really enjoyed this hotel everyone was amazing! The food was great and the drinks phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel. This was an amazing time here in the island. I appreciate everyone who catered to us this weekend, I will be coming back for sure!
