La nostra esperienza ha iniziato al check-in. Molto inamici e abbiamo aspettato ... e abbiamo aspettato la nostra stanza. Infine, è stata data una stanza con un odore chimico molto forte, condizionatore d'aria che non funzionava e anzi che stava scalpando tutto. Inoltre, ci sono state fornite solo due tovaglie da bagno (nessuna tovaglie da mano, materassi da bagno, ecc.), che era problematico perché, quando usciamo il doccia, l'acqua correva attraverso il bagno e nel dormitorio e non avevamo nulla da rimuovere. Abbiamo chiesto di avere un cone d’aria, e ci sono stati detto che non ci sono più camere disponibili e che qualcuno sarebbe stato in grado di risolverla; poi quella notte nessuno lo ha risolto e non potevano farlo fino al giorno successivo, quindi ci è stato dato un altro posto solo per la notte. La mattina dopo, siamo stati sparati alle 9:00 quando il personale ci aspettava di andarci e tornava nella stanza originale dove doveva trasferire il bagaglio tra le due stanze. Air con non è ancora stato fissato. Infine qualcuno è entrato e ha indicato una distanza diversa e ha funzionato! Non ci hanno detto nulla o spiegato la situazione, ma appena lasciato. Pensavamo che sarebbe tornato con una risoluzione, ma non lo facevano mai. Quando ci siamo recitati per regolare il tempo con la distanza che avevamo, ha smesso di lavorare di nuovo, e ora abbiamo avuto abbastanza e abbiamo prenotato altrove. Per lo stesso prezzo di questo dump, abbiamo prenotato un 3 camera da letto 3 bagni con involucro intorno al balcone, prenotando con vista sull'oceano e solo un isolato dalla spiaggia. Fatevi un favore e fate lo stesso.

UUtente ospiteBlissful Experience on Beautiful San Andres This trip was our first time in Colombia and our first time in San Andres. Initially we reserved and stayed one night at another property on the southwest end of the island. Although it was across the road from the ocean with a stunning view and with a great beach just to the south down the road, it was very far away from everything. The boutique hotel Casa Hendaus found us. We thought that there weren't anymore ”nice” places available when we booked our initial lodging. We found and booked Casa Hendaus just hours after realizing the other location would not work. By the way, English is my first language. The evening manager does not speak English but was patient when I explained my needs in basic Spanish. One look was all it took! From the lobby to 2nd floor pool lounge to the top floor breakfast area, the entire property is beautiful. Beyond beautiful...blissful. One can realize quickly that EVERY element of the property was considered by a thoughtful human wish you to feel bliss. Experience the property for yourself. Meet Rebecca, the day manager, who is fluent in English. Her recommendations were so helpful! From dinner options to taxis she helped us whenever we needed it. Every morning, meet the morning staff who prepares and serves your meal in the penthouse breakfast area. Meet your room attendants who faithfully restore your room to a comfortable condition to receive you at day's end. Even meet the grounds person and maintenance person, both careful caretakers of the greenery and property. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. You could walk here from the airport in 20 minutes. If there was no fence, you could be there in 5 minutes! But a 5 minute taxi ride for certain. The beach and boardwalk area is about 20 minutes walking. Downtown or El Centro is about 30 minutes. The ocean and sunset is out the door, to the left, 7 minutes away. Enjoy your stay!!!

I write this after a very traumatic experience. I await a full refund from hotel and *******. No update as of yet. Disheartening. Hello Roselle, Thank you for the update. I appreciate your efforts in working on my refund request with Nattivo Collection Hotel. I want to provide more context on the situation, which was extremely distressing and led to me cutting my trip short. I checked in at 3 pm on August 5th and went to sleep early as I wasn’t feeling well. In the middle of my first night, someone entered my room without any announcement of who they were. I screamed loudly, startled them, and the safety latch blocked their full entry. They shut the door without saying a word. This incident left me feeling extremely threatened and unable to sleep. At 4 am, I booked a return flight to end the vacation I had planned, feeling too scared to stay any longer. The next morning, I explained the situation to the hotel staff and recorded the encounter. Initially, they did not seem shocked or apologetic, only starting to take me seriously when I said I needed to leave due to feeling unsafe. They eventually called me a taxi to the airport as I needed to leave in 20 minutes to make my flight. They stated they’d give me a full refund but I needed to speak to *******. After an investigation, the later explained that it was a supervisor who had entered my room. They showed me the camera footage and admitted it was an error. The person who entered my room never announced themselves and did not respond to my screams, which would have been the correct action to reassure me. Instead, I was left terrified, thinking someone might be waiting for me outside my room. Why would a supervisor need to enter a room at that time? They said they thought it was empty. If that’s the case, why did they knock? As a woman traveling alone, this experience was incredibly traumatic. It is unacceptable for anyone, especially hotel staff, to enter a guest’s room in the middle of the night without proper identification and communication. This incident raises serious concerns about safety and security at the hotel. I find it highly unusual that a supervisor would not immediately contact the front desk after they heard he screaming during the attempted entry, to ensure the startled guest was informed it was a hotel employee and reassured about the situation. I hope the hotel and ******* values the safety of its customers, especially women traveling alone, and will fix the situation and offer a refund immediately. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Very good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and all have a spectacular ocean view. Although at this time there may be some inconveniences (especially with the elevator) due to the remodeling, the vast majority of services are available. The breakfast is good but could have a little more variety. A short distance from the hotel there is a wide variety of dining options. Lots of types of food and for all budgets. The Hotel has a small private beach. The best beaches are less than 10 minutes away on foot. or you van rent an small car and do the tour around the island. It took 3 hours. Very friendly staff that solves any question or requirement.
