Honey House—beautiful detached Modern loft near UVA, Downtown and Monticello

Wonderful place We stayed three nights in Honey House while in town celebrating our oldest son's college graduation. Location was perfect - very close to UVA and also quiet and peaceful, situated within a beautiful garden area. The studio is beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Hosts are kind and accessible while also respectful of privacy. Already thinking about when we can come back.

Inside not Out The unit is exceeding well done, well appointed, offers everything one needs to feel at home. It's beautiful. Getting to it felt a little sketchy. You enter the yard/drive by going past a run-down property with weeds and clutter, wondering where you are, as it takes a minute to see the unit down below. We initially thought we'd been duped, but soon learned it was tucked away and nothing like it first appears. The metal bed, small and noisy with every move, is the only thing that could use attention.

Long weekend retreat The Honey House was a perfect retreat for our recent trip to Charlottesville to visit our daughter. The property was exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO website. We enjoyed the secluded location that was still a short driving distance from anywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were super clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and provided lots of information. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Lovely Honey House We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties but Honey House is very special. It was so clean, so lovely, and had everything you could need. The kitchen was perfect and had anything you could want in a kitchen. The living area and bathroom are beautiful. And when you look out all the windows and skylights, you are looking at such a pretty backyard. It is so peaceful. We give it our highest rating! We will definitely be back. Thank you Lili and Rob for making such a wonderful and pleasant cottage to vacation in.

Wonderful rental! This is a wonderful property. The owners were very responsive to my questions and need to need to change dates after I had already booked the house. The house itself is awesome - everything inside is super clean and looks brand new. The size is cozy and perfect. The owners couldn't be nicer - we met them in the yard one morning. I highly recommend this house!
