Hotel a Samosir Regency

"I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. "⸻ Le camere sono molto spaziose, pulite e con tutte le comodità. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso la nostra soggiorno davvero speciale è stato l'ospitalità del proprietario. Dimmer è molto amichevole e utile, e vi porta con piacere a ristoranti a Tuktuk. Sicuramente consigliamo anche di noleggiare uno dei suoi nuovi scooter, ideale per esplorare l'isola. "A decent place to stay. Simple. Many ants when we check in but after we tell the reception they come and clean right after. Hope have more amenities like shampoo, shower gel, iron. Breakfast same for two days but ok since we just stay for two days. I guess will feel bored if breakfast same everyday. View is nice"

"I like samosir…the view so nice..the staff also good.. We arrive at Somosir Villa at 7:30pm…our car’s window unable to close.. then we ask the staff where we can find workshop to fix this issue.. then the staff said workshop close at night but he offer to help monitor our car.. he shows the cctv around the area and convince us not to worry..at the night around 2pm, the rain coming.. heavy rain.. i woke up and look at our car..i saw the staff already put plastic to cover window from rainning…thanks god they have responsible staff like this.. unfortunately i forget asking his name.."
