"Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! "Abbiamo trovato un gestore dell'albergo veramente disponibilissimo che ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta al top! L'albergo era pulito, la camera molto spaziosa e accogliente. La colazione poi era davvero invitante: ogni mattina qualcosa di diverso si aggiungeva a quanto invece trovavamo ogni giorno. Il gestore dell'albergo era sempre pronto a riempire i vassoi del buffet, in modo che non mancasse mai niente e i dolci erano veramente squisiti. Molto comodo il parcheggio per la nostra auto a noleggio e molto utili le indicazioni e i suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare che ci proponeva Manos il gestore dell'albergo. Quindi davvero do' il massimo dei voti a questo albergo!"

"Hotel bello e accogliente, pulito e in una ottima posizione. Vista sul borgo di Kokkari dalla veranda utilizzata per la colazione e la cena. Personale della reception molto cordiale e gentile, ottimi i servizi a disposizione. Personale delle pulizie attento e disponibile. Unica pecca la cena, a mio parere, troppo anticipata, dalle 18:30 alle 21:30, un'altra mezz'ora non avrebbe dato fastidio a nessuno, solo al personale non sempre tollerante e spesso frettoloso. Nel complesso colazione buona e cena anche niente male anche se con una scelta contenuta. Siamo stati molto bene!"
