Very Eco! Interesting concept. Staff very friendly. A hidden get-a-way. Peaceful, quiet. The property could be anywhere in the world, as it does not feel like you are in Cambodia by the design. If you want to escape for a few days, spa, pool, dine, relax...then the place to go.

The hotel was just lovely and we were so inspired by the Farm and School. The setting is so calm and tranquil - we felt very relaxed. The rooms are very beautiful and well thought out. The staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the Khmer tasting menu at Un restaurant. The spa was setting is pretty and treatments were very good.

I don’t really know what we expected but “farm house” is an understatement! If you are familiar with the UK you may well have heard of “The Newt” and this is the nearest comparison I can make. The hotel is indeed situated within an amazing farm (do take the farm tour it’s fascinating) but it is the height of chic & luxury. The rooms (on stilts in a nod to the vernacular architecture) are vast, with separate bathrooms, stand alone baths, & verandahs. The hotel itself is a series of buildings. The restaurant was delicious but the fine dining restaurant “NU” was one of the VERY best meals we have ever had anywhere in the world. The breakfast choice was fabulous - including homemade peanut butter! The vast majority of produce served is grown or raised on the farm and takes "field to fork" to a new level. The spa was superb with treatment rooms as individual buildings connected by beautiful walkways. And finally if all this wasn’t enough what the “Smiling Gecko” charity, who own and run the hotel, the farm, the school and soon the university, have done and are doing for the local community is quite literally life changing. I can’t really say anymore other than that we left feeling uplifted, pampered and longing to return.

The chef, Maryiah, is an extraordinary talent trained by the best chefs in Switzerland and creating Cambodian fusion cuisine with local ingredients: the best of the best that I experienced in SE-Asia

I stayed in room 133 and the room was nice,modern and clean.And as a family of 4 they were so nice to give us room 134 as that room was vacant.the pool was nice and the spa was excellent.the Chrismas eve dinner was very good and the activities that followed was nice as well.the breakfast was good.we did the chreav waterfall tour and floating village and pottery village tour which were all great.Overall it was a very good stay

A real little cocoon in lush greenery. Service at the height of the prices charged. Nice spacious room and a nice gym, except for the sauna (not hot at all and $15 per person for one hour). Too off-center from the city center which generates additional costs to get there because there is no possibility to get there by Tuk Tuk but only by taxi.

A really lovely resort but I believe it has lists its way as it does not emotive the Cambodian and people. The facilities were great but really as they advertised their self a “luxury resort” they need to thing of things from a customers perspective and not what they believe we want. Every other hotel we stayed in Cambodia they di things like provide bug replant out side so you would not get bit. They provide baskets for ladies to put bags in so they are not on the floor. A turn down service should be full including pulling blinds resetting beds, replenishing composites like coffee water etc just the detail needs concentrations on The team tried there best but I think they feel like they are not allowed to be friendly and Cambodian which is a real shame 😳 I get the ideas but think it may need some attention still for the price point and what they are trying to achieve
