The hotel is cozy and nice, but you need to ask for the renovated rooms, otherwise you will be disappointed as the old rooms are really old and the air conditioning does not work properly. Breakfast offers you wide range of different foods, fresh vegetables, fruits etc. The only disappointment was coffee - only instant coffee available and tasted strange. Otherwise, everything was very clean, we had welcome snacks and drinks.

De bedden zijn de hardste die ik ooit heb ervaren. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en netjes. Badkamer met douche in hoge 🛁 badkuip. Het ontbijt is Russisch en dus smakeloos. Limonade soms te koop in matig bijgevulde automaat tegen lage supermarktprijs.

Хорошая гостиница для путешествия! В номере тепло, все необходимое есть (фен, зубная щётка, зубная паста, тапочки, шампунь , фен). Хороший Wi -Fi. Вкусные завтраки! Доброжелательный персонал! Помогут решить любую проблему, подскажут дорогу..Всем рекомендую!!

Отель расположен на тихой улице в центральной части города. Здание 3-этажное без лифта. Нам достался просторный 3-местный номер на мансардном 3м этаже. В номере 2 кровати: широкая (не меньше 2 метров) двуспальная и односпальная. На обеих толстые, видимо, не дешёвые, но очень жёсткие матрасы, моей больной спине они не понравились. Есть кондиционер, чайник (пакетики с чаем), огромный шкаф, точнее гардеробная комната, но всего 3 плечиков (хорошо, что в прихожей много крючков для одежды). В спальне всего 1 табуретка, зато в прихожей 2 удобных диванчика. Но телевизор (большой, с местными и российскими каналами (не забыть включить ресивер!)) есть только в спальне. В санузле, кроме душевой кабины, стоит большая джакузи, но она, похоже, не подключена к электричеству. Да и с подключением воды не всё в порядке. И главная странность номера. В нём всего 2 крохотных окошка под потолком – в прихожей и в спальне. В спальне есть ещё 1 окно обычного размера, но оно выходит в коридор соседнего отеля и тщательно завешено. Завтрак с 7 до 10, шведский стол. Конечно, не «всё включено» в Турции, но вполне достойно. Если что-то кончается, то быстро добавляют. В отеле чисто, техника, кроме джакузи, исправна. Насчёт уборки ничего не могу сказать – у нас была только 1 ночь. Персонал приветливый, но не очень отзывчивый – на просьбу помочь с российскими каналами отвечали «да, да, конечно», но пришли только с третьего раза.

Неоднозначное впечатление. В первую ночь попался старый номер, кондиционер гремел и гудел, открыть окно нельзя - номер выходил на проезжую часть. Потом номер поменяли, дали с видом во внутренний двор, и кондиционер работал бесшумно.Если бы сразу дали такой номер, поставила бы хорошо. а так только тройка за бессонную ночь. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные. Душ и пр. - всё ок. Телевизор не работал. От центра далеко, 30 минут пешком.

Отель "Арба" удобно расположен для пешеходных прогулок в исторический центр Самарканда. Интерьер стилизован в узбекском стиле. Удобные номера, ежедневная уборка. Отличные завтраки (шведский стол), приветливый персонал.

Поселили нас в дальний корпус, проход к нему через длинную, жуткую арку. Соседи попались шумные, а шумоизоляция отсутствует. Интернет в нашем корпусе отсутствовал. Из плюсов это хорошие, просторные номера и дружелюбный обслуживающий персонал.
