The hotel location is good . Reception is nice and friendly too. Too bad there is a heavy smoke smell in our room and the reception is unable to replace the room for us . But she is kind and polite enough to request the room service to change the pillow and bedsheet which were contaminated by the smoke smell

Great location (rig hit next to main train station) however the location does not really feel that safe for ladies.
Great gym (with view) and sauna room.

Clean room and easy access from station. Restaurant and supermarket are around this hotel.
Amenities and bath staffs are not enough. You need to bring your favorite ones.

The worst hotel stay ever. Bad service throughout. Small cramped, unclean room. Old outdated fixtures. Be warned, stay well away.

Good location with helpful staff. Air con could be improved but guess its green effort to keep air con at 24C or more.
Would visit again in next trip

Great location, right next to the Salzburg Hbf train station, right in front of the bus 150 to Hallstatt. Clean hotel but no fridge (milk spoiled bcs of this). Free Mozart chocolate and mineral water on the first day only.
Friendly staff offered umbrella when was raining. There is a small mall next to the hotel with groceries, McD. Some shopping like H&M, Newyoker etc
Great place to stay, highly recommended.

Very convenient hotel right next to the train station. There’s a spar inside the station for some last minutes groceries shopping. Burger King and McDonald’s next door and plenty of other food options.
