預訂的是這個酒店，但實際酒店沒有營業，將2人轉移到了旗下另一家酒店，距離頗遠，而且事先並沒有通知我們，是我們出發前打電話到廣場旅館確認時才發現酒店因為疫情關門了。詢問後酒店方再告知我們換酒店了，還算幸運，出發前知道了，不然，要走冤枉路了。

Trascuratezza, improvvisazione, scarsa pulizia, camere non rifatte, quando la receptionist c'è si dimostra infastidita e poco collaborativa. Posizione non confortevole. Me ne sono andato via un giorno prima. Consiglio di leggere attentamente le recensioni già presenti, cosa che io purtroppo non ho fatto.

Avrei fatto volentieri una recensione se avessi trovato l'albergo. L'hotel Plaza è risultato a prima vista chiuso da molto... anche a detta delle vicine strutture. mi chiedo come sia possibile avere una prenotazione con relativa conferma di un posto CHIUSO! Poi attraverso un avviso appeso al vetro di un ingresso (sic!) siamo riusciti a chiamare ed avere altra struttura, che abbiamo dovuto cercare per ben 2 ore perchè non presente nelle maps! Lasciamo perdere il disagio causato dal disguido, eravamo 4 persone che hanno girato un intero pomeriggio per avere la stanza, ripeto PRENOTATA E CONFERMATA CON NUMERO DI PRENOTAZIONE. Seguirà richiesta di rimborso.

Not even a water glass in the room, no desk and the lighting was terrible. The reception is hardly ever open and well … I won’t be back.

No air con!! The room was insufferably hot and we had to keep the windows open. But then the room also became incredibly loud due to it being on the street side. This is by far top 5 worst sleeps of my life.

Absolute nightmare. Entry to room is via app/QR code, neither of which worked. No on site staff to assist. 10 calls to hotel, only to join queue each time and still couldn’t get in. By 7.00pm after about an hour of trying to get in, gave up and started looking for an alternative. 10 calls as line dropped many times. Hotel did not call back once. Another couple were having the same issue. AVOID

This must be one of the most disgusting hotels I have stayed in since visting Romania and Bulgaria in the 1990s. The carpets are filthy with Idontwanttoknowwhat, I was greeted by a black hair in the sink (I am blonde) and a moldy (!) piece of chocolate on my pillow. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were both broken and empty, and the reception is only open from 9-6.30. The windows were probably last cleaned 15 years ago, and the curtains were half torn down, all for a three-digit rate. Yuck.

Not good in anyway! Overpriced for the standard. We didn't get the room we booked either since it was towards the street and very noisy. There were some weird things going on both outside and inside the hotel. There was no reception at all. It was dirty. No one there at the hotel working. Just not what we expected for a price over 100 euro per night. Not recommended.
