Hotel a Salisburgo, Austria

L'hotel è in ottima posizione. Solo fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria. Le camere sono pulite e ha calda elettrica nella stanza. Questo è particolarmente utile per fare una tazza di tè caldo dopo il ritorno da una lunga e stanca vista di giorno. Anche il personale dell'hotel è amichevole.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al FourSide Hotel. Ciò che è stato memorabile di questo soggiorno è stato il personale eccezionale.

Location just next to the train station was very convenient for getting into and out of the city via train. A fine modern hotel with efficient and helpful staff. There is a great view over the city and a top floor bar. Breakfast had a good selection and was more than adequate to get the day started. The breakfast space up on the top floor was very nice.

Cocoon Salzburg - 10-13 July 2022 done both not all pix only the room This hotel is almost right across from the train station, on a corner, very easy to find - white 7 story building with a big butterfly outline on the glass doors. Inside the lobby is part of the bar and breakfast room. Checkin is super friendly. Room is small but wins the cuteness prize. Carpeting and walls in hallway all green with small leafy patterns like in a jungle. Bed is firm and very comfy, bedding is an interesting weave feeling like soft cotton paper, and 4 big fluffy pillows. No amenities in room such as phone, electric kettle or coffee makers, or even a small fridge. Has safe however. The hanging rattan chair is cute but takes up some room. Day couch by the window, no tables, night stands or desk - or chair for that matter (no room anyway). The most minimal amount of furniture, the idea I guess is all about lounging around so you don't ever need to sit up anywhere. Not much surface to layout stuff just a sort of narrow shelving on the wall next to the TV. Bathroom also tiny but everything is new and modern and the rain shower is the best ever. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get our two large suitcases settled. We are on the 6th floor so have a bit of view of mountains over the top of a building across the street. Windows have electrically controlled shutters outside (push button inside). You get a nice bar of chocolate and 5 euros for opting out housekeeping (although they said something about not continuing this practice). Floor uncarpeted. Aircon good. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nightlight under the bed is motion sensitive, so it comes on whenever you are moving around the room. Breakfast is good with scrambled and pre shaped fried eggs, sausage and bacon-like ham. Good selection of pastries and croissants and breads. Half dozen different kinds of tea all loose so need to scoop into a teabag in order to steep which is interesting and pretty fancy. Selection of cold meats as well and cheese. Tomato, cucumber and fruit. They don't check to see if you have breakfast included which is strange because it's extra charge for breakfast so not automatically included in all rooms. Overall a pretty good breakfast and food gets replenished pretty quickly. Seating tends to run out at peak time and people will ask to share your table if there is room.

Questo hotel è buono per un soggiorno breve e lungo. Il personale è amichevole e il colazione è grande. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi per un soggiorno confortevole. La distanza a piedi dal centro della città è di circa 20 minuti a piedi. Tutte le strutture sono là. 20 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto con taxi.

Posizione perfetta, camere belle e pulite, ma sicurezza e servizio orribili. Hanno erroneamente dato accesso alla mia stanza a un altro ospite, quindi l'altro ospite ha finito per aprirmi la porta. Poi anche la seconda volta le pulizie sono entrate senza bussare alla porta, e poi la cosa peggiore è la terza volta che le pulizie sono entrate nella stanza anche se ho appeso ”non disturbare” alla porta senza nemmeno bussare e senza scusarmi, niente. Privacy orribile. Al momento del check-in, il personale si è dimenticato di restituirmi il mio documento d'identità, quindi ho chiamato dalla stanza, ovviamente nessuno ha risposto, quindi sono dovuto scendere di nuovo fino in fondo per ritirarlo.

Il mio marito e io siamo rimasti qui durante il Natale, l'hotel ha avuto una festa di piacere con le sue decorazioni deliziose, il processo di check-in è stato molto semplice e il personale di ricezione è stato molto amichevole e utile. La stanza era molto pulita, tranquilla, confortevole e spaziosa - una stanza piena di spazio per muoversi intorno anche con le nostre 2 valigie aperte. La struttura è stata molto apprezzata, ma la colazione era buona e ci piaceva molto. Inoltre, c’è spazio di parcheggio (con un costo aggiuntivo) nelle aree dell’hotel e è molto ben accurato alla notte, rendendoci sicuri anche quando partiamo e tornano all’hotel tardi alla notte.

The hotel is very conveniently located just by Salzburg station. Bus r 2 connects it to the airport. Good area with restaurants and shops very close. 15/20 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff nice and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are modern and clean. There's a room for the luggage if you need to keep it before checking in or after checking out. The rooms were spacious and clean. So is the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the breakfast room has a lovely view of the city. The only complain we have is that the room was very hot and the shower head bracket didn't work.

Un hotel di buon valore, situato alla stazione ferroviaria principale, che ci ha adattato mentre viaggiavamo con diversi sacchi di sci lunghi. Il personale era molto accogliente e non c'era alcun problema di lasciare il bagaglio per il giorno dopo che abbiamo fatto check-out, perché abbiamo fatto partenza tardi dopo l'audizione. La sala colazione era ben conservata e superava la mia aspettativa sulla selezione. Abbiamo prenotato una camera gemella per i nostri figli adulti e una camera regina per noi, che era uno dei bellissimi stili austriaci, entrambe le camere erano di buona dimensione per ospitare tutti i nostri bagagli di sci. L’unica delusione era che la materassi del letto della Regina fosse troppo morbida e saggio per il nostro piacere e dovesse essere sostituita. Era un piacere svegliarsi per vedere Salzburg coperta di neve. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno di quattro notti.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Non è centrale, ma sicuramente offre un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Il centro di Salisburgo è comunque facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in un quarto d'ora circa, ma grazie all'ottimo servizio di trasporti urbani di Salisburgo e la presenza sia davanti che di fronte all'hotel di fermate per alcune linee, ci si sposta facilmente verso i principali punti di interesse. La camera era grande, buona la pulizia che abbiamo trovato (nessuna pulizia durante il soggiorno per le normative per il contrasto alla pandemia), il personale molto cordiale ha sempre salutato con un sorriso, una receptionist parla anche piuttosto bene in italiano, la colazione era ottima, e perfetta l'insonorizzazione della camera anche rispetto all'esterno. Può risultare utile la presenza di diversi negozi nella zona, alcuni aperti anche fino a tarda notte (Spar express e MC Donald)
