Ok for a night sleep. The hotel seems to be old around the corner

Unfortunately we had to stay here on three separate occasions whilst touring around the Salta area. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade compared with the other hotels we have stayed in around Argentina. Many of the walls and ceilings are bare concrete with minimal soft furnishings which creates a noisy environment. Each of the rooms we stayed in had an issue and, in the last one, the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Obviously this wasn’t just us since the door to the toilet had expanded and wouldn’t shut properly. It’s also the only hotel we stayed in that didn’t give complimentary water in the room and being charged $4400 for two small bottles is unacceptable. The breakfast was extremely basic with a very limited choice. On a positive note the hotel is in a very good location, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard.

The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay quite pleasant. The room decor was fashionable but not extremely livable. The room's lounge chairs looked good but were difficult to maneuver in and out of. Bed and bedding could use improvement to increase comfort.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Love that they were able to preserve the beautiful old building when they added the modern sections.

This hotel is impeccable, the architecture and modern design is tranquil, honest staff, and great breakfast! Central location allowed easy access to cheap shopping sprees. The room is equipped with an electric kettle so I was enjoying my herbal teas and 10000VitC packets. The rooms needs more electric outlets though.

This is a lovely hotel that is really close to the centre and amenities and has quirky decor and nice features. The team are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious although some bits you have to ask for rather than take yourself - the cakes! The lobby is lovely and wi-fi efficient. A very enjoyable stay!

Great hotel located in the heart of the city, a walking distance from everything. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are large modern with all windows so the view is nice. You have a coffee machine in the room

What a great location to the center of the city. If you are a walker/hiker as I am, I found the walk to the Teleferic (gondola) to the top of San Bernardo very pleasant as well as the walk to the train station. There are many local restaurants nearby as well as shopping. However, we found our room very noisy but we live in the country so any street noise is annoying. We did not have a coffee maker in our room but found the free breakfast very acceptable. yogurt, granola, eggs, toast, croissants, ham, cheese, coffee, juice, fresh fruit. The biggest problem we encountered was having no hot water to shower with or sometimes just a few moments of hot water. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was empty. We found the staff very kind and helpful. This hotel has seen better times.

The hotel is in a great central location and walkable to most areas. It also feels safe.
The gym could use a few more machines but is ok.
The breakfast is not very good for a hotel of this rating. It feels budget. So much so we skipped the breakfast we paid for and walked to Selina which is a boutique hostel that does great breakfast, brunch coffee at reasonable prices.
