Sono rimasto in questo hotel per 5 notti. Il mio lavoro richiede un sacco di viaggio, quindi sono rimasto in molti hotel. Questo hotel è eccezionale. Il servizio è di 4 stelle. Da quando sono entrato nel lobby fino al giorno in cui sono uscito, è stata una grande esperienza. Ana K. mi ha controllato. Mi ha assicurato di avere la camera perfetta per le mie esigenze. Il personale di custodia è così efficiente. Questo posto è tutto immacolato. Dal lobby alle vie, anche gli ascensori. Le camere sono molto pulite. Comfortabile letto, spaziosa bagno e zona di giacca. Non ho avuto problemi a dormire. Non ho mai sentito i miei vicini TV o altro. Ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel, soprattutto se la pulizia è importante per voi.

Siamo venuti qui per un soggiorno. Molto eccitato di esperimentare la piscina. Le camere erano molto belle. Tuttavia, ero deluso con la zona della piscina. Sembra che gli hotel che gestiscono la piscina si sono arresi sulla manutenzione e la stanno lasciando andare a sprecare. La colazione era buona. Gli servivano una zona più grande. Non sapevamo dove sedersi o mettere il cibo. Abbiamo finito in camera per finire la cena. Il servizio era buono. Tutti gli altri erano in grado di accedere, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare 40+ per ottenere la nostra stanza, anche se eravamo qui prima. Se stai venendo a prendere la piscina... risparmiati i soldi e andare da qualche parte piu' bello.

Il letto non era così comodo come altri posti che ho soggiornato, ma era tutto a posto. Mi piaceva che il condizionatore non fosse proprio vicino al letto e c’era un frigorifero e una microonde. Anche per me è stato bello poter prendere una tazza di tè la sera. La colazione era grande e tutto era alla temperatura giusta. Anche la piccola parte del negozio era grande. Ho dimenticato un razzo e potevo comprarlo.

From check in to to check out, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The restaurant/lounge has great food and a good beer selection. I would consider this a perfect business stay near the airport. Good location and great amenities. Highly recommend.

Very rude employees they acted annoyed when I asked for my platinum member room upgrade and late check out, they acted like they were doing me a favor for getting my room key reset. I said hello to the front desk staff numerous times while passing through they literally just scowled at me with out saying a word. This is a problem with management considering it was every clerk. I was here on business I work for the federal government and they treated me like a bum I have also stayed at 75 Marriotts this year I was expecting to be met with at least common courtesy. Their GM is impossible to get a hold of. In closing if you feel like getting treated like garbage stay here. Also when I was leaving and asked for a copy of my receipt the lady printed off a receipt from October when I stayed here then proceeded to tell me I had not even stayed there, it was so confusing. They need to hire new staff. Oh also the cleaning staff took the liberty of rearranging my medications that were out. Im pretty sure they did this to read them and find out if there was anything worth taking good thing I don’t take anything like that. I will never stay here again it’s ran by red stone hotel group I can’t imagine what kind of llc this is they did not even have contact info, lastly it’s the same price as the Sheridan. I don’t know where they get off charging 140 dollars for motel 6 accommodations.

PPWonaTripI dare you to look for a hotel that’s more convenient, cleaner, friendlier, up-to-date, and of good value in Salt Lake. From the modern decor to the amazingly friendly staff, I want to go back just to get to stay at this hotel again! On my last morning there, I noticed a group of what seemed to be hotel employees meeting in a small room off to the side. I found out it was indeed hotel employees – and the owner – who was grateful for my high praise of the property. I can sincerely say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

AAmerican solo travelerStayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.

UUtente ospiteWe’re only a couple days into our stay and I’m frustrated and disappointed. The frustration started with the check in process. We arrived early and knew a room may not be available. We were told we would receive a text message as soon as one was cleaned and ready. We sat in the lobby adjacent, just 20 feet away from the desk waiting. We observe several people leaving the counter with room keys in hand. Some friends of ours checked in while we were sitting in the lobby and were given a room with a $25 early check in fee. That was never offered to us. I approached the desk to inquire why we hadn’t received a text message if a room became available and why people arriving after us were given rooms. No good answer BUT good news they have a room. I inquire about the microwave I had reserved weeks prior. Oh those are all spoken for sorry. Get to our room, it only has 1 bed I called down to the desk and was asked if I had touched anything in the room upon entering. I was asked to return to the front desk to get my new room keys. Upon entering our room we notice it’s rather warm. Fiddle with the thermostat unit which is set to 65 and there’s no difference in the fan speed between high medium and low. Next day call the front desk to request AC service and fresh towels. Nothing. Called again. Nothing. Next morning, called again and received towels. Supposedly the air was fixed while we were out for the day, but nothing has changed in regards to comfort. The pillows are terrible and the beds are on the soft side. The hotel is ready for some upgrades as the carpet is worn and dirty throughout the hallways. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, oh and one housekeeper was able to find me a microwave that the front desk staff insisted was not available. Hmmm

UUtente ospiteI recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

Non sto dicendo che sia datata in alcun modo, potrebbe solo mettere un nuovo tappeto nelle vie di ingresso e di sale. Non abbiamo avuto il colazione, quindi non sono in grado di fornire alcuna feedback sulla qualità del colazione. Il parcheggio è molto limitato e il parcheggio deve essere ripapato. Rimarrei in questo hotel per il prezzo e la qualità complessiva dell'impianto se sono ancora a Draper Utah.
