Hotel in zona Salt Lake City Amtrak Station, Salt Lake City

I recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

We’re only a couple days into our stay and I’m frustrated and disappointed. The frustration started with the check in process. We arrived early and knew a room may not be available. We were told we would receive a text message as soon as one was cleaned and ready. We sat in the lobby adjacent, just 20 feet away from the desk waiting. We observe several people leaving the counter with room keys in hand. Some friends of ours checked in while we were sitting in the lobby and were given a room with a $25 early check in fee. That was never offered to us. I approached the desk to inquire why we hadn’t received a text message if a room became available and why people arriving after us were given rooms. No good answer BUT good news they have a room. I inquire about the microwave I had reserved weeks prior. Oh those are all spoken for sorry. Get to our room, it only has 1 bed I called down to the desk and was asked if I had touched anything in the room upon entering. I was asked to return to the front desk to get my new room keys. Upon entering our room we notice it’s rather warm. Fiddle with the thermostat unit which is set to 65 and there’s no difference in the fan speed between high medium and low. Next day call the front desk to request AC service and fresh towels. Nothing. Called again. Nothing. Next morning, called again and received towels. Supposedly the air was fixed while we were out for the day, but nothing has changed in regards to comfort. The pillows are terrible and the beds are on the soft side. The hotel is ready for some upgrades as the carpet is worn and dirty throughout the hallways. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, oh and one housekeeper was able to find me a microwave that the front desk staff insisted was not available. Hmmm

Nel centro della città, la stanza non è grande, il bagno è molto piccolo, e le attrezzature di lavanderia sono anche una piccola quantità. Solo due persone usano i capelli corti. Il bagno è banana senza rivelazione, la stanza è pulita. Il vantaggio è che il parcheggio è conveniente, l'hotel ha un parcheggio auto, 10 yuan al giorno libero di entrare e uscire. La posizione geografica è eccellente. Sono pochi punti famosi della città di Liu Lake, e sono arrivati per qualche minuto.

Servizio: troppo pesante, prenotato per due letti, la reception vuole che si sposta in un letto grande a basso prezzo (chiaramente vuoto per due letti).Inoltre, la reception ha chiamato per rispondere al telefono durante il soggiorno e ha fatto molto tempo. Macchetto: male, niente di buono. Impianti: la valvola di scarico è particolarmente aperta, e la lampada da bagno è lo stesso interruttore, non si può spegnere.

Molto vicino all'aeroporto. Dopo il contatto telefonico, l'hotel ha arrivato in autobus gratuito circa 15 minuti. È stato fermato al punto di accesso B3. La ricezione è molto buona. Le ha detto che mi ha organizzato una stanza molto tranquilla senza un'occhiata per più di venti ore di volo lungo, Il giorno dopo, perché ho bisogno di un amico per ricevere, ho anche accettato di ritardare la mia partenza per un'ora. La chiave è il panorama fuori dalla porta dell'hotel. Il piccolo biscotti delizioso che si dice nel commento non è stato mangiato. Il bagno di acqua è stato visto che la loro lingua madre è come due chiacchiere per ogni stanza, non so se ci sono membri o non membri. Non ho dato il check-in e poi ho detto che mi posso inviare una chiave quando sono andato a chiedere. In generale, mi sento bene. Il cambio o l'autoconduzione con gli amici è un hotel adatto per soggiornare. L'hotel ha un grande parcheggio.

La stanza era in ordine. I mobili erano un po' antichi, ma in generale tutto era abbastanza pulito. Purtroppo ho lasciato qualcosa nel bagno. Ho chiamato immediatamente per rimetterlo, perche' sono tornato all'hotel alla fine del viaggio. Purtroppo, il personale di pulizia l'ha preso da sé invece di dare alla ricezione. Era scomparso. Molto triste! L'uomo alla reception mi ha fatto sentire nervoso e così inamichevole.
