Rude evening front desk girl! Horrible food in restaurant. Hard bed and hard to sleep. 20 degree cold Coming into my room through HVAC system on wall! 0 customer service! I will never return to another Hilton because of this hotel!

hotel was nice, The only con is there is not cameras around the building. My car was broken into, window busted when I spoke to the hotel manager she said there were no cameras and unfortunately this is a common thing , beware lots of Homeless around

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Extremely convenient location to stay and impeccably clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Could use more parking spots for customers, but not too painful. Only downside not due to the fault of the hotel is the very seedy Motel 6 around the corner.

Always a solidly dependable choice for the downtown Salt Lake area! Friendly staff, free parking, great location, good value, very clean …. As a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue! I chose to stay here even though I was visiting family almost a half hour away. Highly recommended!

We had such an enjoyable stay here on our way to Yellowstone. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We had the made-to-order omelets and pancakes. Excellent service. Location is excellent. This is a great place to stay that is close to everything.

Our stay was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family. We selected this hotel because there was a restaurant on site as we had to turn our rental car in before dinner time. The food was very good but the wait could have been better. They do have an airport shuttle but it is a limited time span that didn’t suit our schedule. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.

I prepaid for a hotel room and called ahead to let the hotel know I was going to be arriving very late to make sure they didn’t cancel my reservation. I was assured they wouldn’t. When I arrived, it was after hours and they almost didn’t let me in the hotel lobby because they in fact, canceled my reservation. The hotel manager herself, Marianna, came out and instead of fixing the issue, started lecturing me because I was irritated they charged me and cancelled my reservation, and told me to stay somewhere else at 2am. (To clarify, I was not swearing, or yelling, or doing anything to warrant this.) She changed her mind after 15 minutes, but continued to go off on me and wouldn’t give me my room keys until she was done berating me for her mistake. Marianna is a terrible manager, and I cannot believe that she acted in this manner. I love this hotel - it is my go-to whenever I am here for work (about once a month) but I will not staying here any more.
