This entire cozy basement apartment with full kitchen and washer & dryer is your home away from home. Local transportation is also close!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Standard Guest Cleaning Responsibilities: Guests shouldn't leave the place in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning(dirty dishes,counters).$50 cleaning fee covers cost of standard cleaning(laundry, vacuuming). Please leave property as you found it. Wash dishes, clean stove,counters,etc.,Please, NO SMOKING in or around the home. 6 week stay. Great Location
Pros: Location is fabulous. Anywhere you want to be, just minutes away. Cute, quiet, great vegetable garden which landlord shared produce with us. Great Wi-Fi was an extra bonus.
Cons: Carpet needs cleaning. Cutlery needs an upgrade. As a basement apartment it has low ceilings. Low bed and toilet.
Overall, we enjoyed it and would rent again based on the price.

Good value
The apartment is a good value for the price. Owner good communicator. Nothing fancy and very small bathroom but the bed was comfortable and plenty of room. It was very close to places we needed to go.
