Travel with friends but they booked via another agent (***********) to pay at the property. They faced the problem at checking in as their bookings were cancelled and the hotel staff informed they tested the payment of credit card but declined so the hotel cancelled their rooms.  The hotel then offered a higher cost room telling this is the best they could do.  We argued this was not guest’s mistake (no evidence of card being declined) and they must handle the case more properly.  Finally my friends could get the rooms at the booked rates though we were quite disappointed with their first approach.   The room and the other service were good but I found the fly in my room.

Journey time to hotel from airport about 20 min drive. Hotel to cricket stadium journey time will be 15 to 20 min drive. It’s easy to get uber and ola service. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Clean room and facility really nice. Room service is so fast . Waterside cafe really nice

Very friendly staff and excellent food. Pleasantly surprised that there was a complimentary airport transfer.

Worst Experience From Stuffs

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

Good service and good meal

The Experience was overall Great and the breakfast provided was really amazing buffet.

Service was too too late. Once i asked them slippers and comb they took 20 minutes to bring and there service was too too late

good stay, not so close to the airport.

It was good, I enjoyed it a lot.

I know this is five star hotel but the service not a five star hotel. Need to improve for the five star service.
