Property is nice, staff is very co-operative and helpful. Food is very god d as per our requirement. It was wonderful stay for short trip of 2 days. It was suggested by my local colleague of kolkata. Thanks everyone for everything.

We stayed in superior king room with work desk for two nights. Room was clean and cozy. Complementary breakfast was really great. But the in-room dining was not upto the mark. Housekeeper named tarun was very unprofessional. When he came to clean the room at 9 am, we told him that we need some time to freshen up and asked him to come at 12 pm. But he never arrived. It was already 1:30pm, when we received a call from the receptionist. The receptionist asked me whether i had told the housekeeper that we do not need room cleaning for that entire day. I told the receptionist that we had asked him to come at 12 pm, but he didn’t come and requested to send him within 15 mins because we were in a hurry to leave for work within 40 mins. Then the housekeeper arrived at 2 pm and when we asked him why he did not arrive at 12 pm and told at the reception that we do not need room cleaning, he mentioned that he was very busy.

Properties location was near by my working zone so I easily reached there।

Nice hotel and nice staff, food quality is good , value for money.room are specious . Rooms are cleane , toilet are in good conditions. Complimentary breakfast menu is nice. Room rent reasonable Location of hotel in prime place
