I was escorted all the way from the arrival hall by Sunil, Who also chauffeured me in a brand new comfortable Tahoe. His driving was superb. At the hotel's reception was greeted by Dovi, who took care of my reservation and made sure everything is sorted. The room is clean & comfy. I loved the bedside full room controller device. I could turn on/off all lights individually or all at once, turn on/off both "Do Not Disturb" & "Clean Service", control the AC, all while being lazy in bed. However, I really have an issue with the bathroom. Firstly, the listing says there's a bathtub. However , there wasn't one. It was a walk-in shower. Secondly, that shower had a really bad floor drain & slope. The water would run over the very shallow shower floor & lip/edge/step to the entire bathroom. My solution was to roll the foot towel & place it at that edge. The training room was excellent. The snacks were great. Saniya took care of us & made sure everything was comfortable for us. I am aware that it's not the hotel's issue, but they really could find proper energy backup solutions. That 2 hours government blackout/loud shedding is no joke. Lights, AC, everything goes off except the elevators & the water luckily. I was chauffeured by Shaikhe for my airport dropoff & it was as great of an experience as the airport pickup.

This hotel should be as 4 stars hotel not 5, first gave us a room with very bad smell, after complaining they changed to better room, breakfast was ok. Furnitures little bit old and need renovation.

Location is good and room is good not bad at all

The hotel staff, the room, the food, everything about the Millennium is fantastic. My expectations have been exceeded. The staff made everything very easy. They hailed taxi's, answered questions about food, allowed me to borrow a charger adapter, clean my room daily during my stay, greeted me upon arrival and departure while I came to and fro.

In millennium hotel attend the events it's wonderful experience food it's very good I like the meeting room view hotel all the stops or professionals with smiles face welcoming they maintain cleanliness and hygienic very well it's awesome toilet are clean will be back very soon

Millennium hotel and convention center very good experience all staff are friendly. Area was cleaned and well mentioned lobby wash rooms cleaned and mentioned well meeting room carpet new and cleaned restaurants rood view its Super smile staff

I attend the event last night meeting room quite fine carpet are clean and air freshener smell good staff are friendly and smiley face after finish my I spend more time with my friend well maintained cleanliness toilets the event Buffet it is good

My stay was great, its one ofy favorite hotelin kuwait. Location, staff, servuces, managment all there is perfect. Nice swimnig pool in 4th floore, lamar international resraurant. Staff so polide, room big and nice decorated . Graund floore big and clean.
