The front desk agent Tiffany who checked me in this evening is an absolute asset to your hotel my husband and I traveled 16 and a half hours straight and were absolutely EXHAUSTED she was fast and efficient and made sure to let us know about all the food discounts we could receive for staying at the Sleep Inn as well as took the time to get us menus I will 100% stay here again solely for the way I was treated by this young lady as well as how clean the rooms were

Gli darei un zero se potessi. Ci siamo fermati qui la notte di sabato 9 aprile 2022. Dovremmo dormire bene, ma alle 12:30 sono stati svegliati a urlare, a sbattere le porte e a correre verso l'alto e verso le scale/scali. Questo è andato avanti attraverso 3AM. Abbiamo anche profumi di fumo di sigarette e di fumo di *********. Siamo stati chiamati al ufficio e il cameriere della notte ha detto: ”Si prendeva cura di lui.” Sì, dopo aver minacciato di chiamare la polizia, deve aver chiamato e i poliziotti hanno sparato un gruppo di ”popolazioni” che stava sollevando l'inferno nelle prime ore del mattino. La mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto un viaggio stradale di 7 ore davanti a noi il giorno successivo, ma solo circa tre ore di sonno quella notte! Il giorno dopo, abbiamo aspettato di controllare l'hotel fino a Melissa, il manager, è arrivato al 8AM. Quando le abbiamo detto che avevamo dormito solo 3 ore e ci siamo lamentati Sulla voce, la sigaretta e il fumo *********, Melissa divenne molto sarcastica e disse: ”Anch'io ho solo tre ore di sonno, perché la polizia mi ha chiamato per tutti i problemi qui! Non posso essere qui per mettere gli ospiti dentro, sai!” Quando mi lamentai del fatto che hanno tutte queste ”regole” ma che ovviamente non le impongono, lei ha solo argomentato e disse: ”Cosa vuoi che dica?” Incredibile. E ********* è aperta, lei continua a chiedermi ”Cosa vuoi che dica?” Se vuoi rimanere nella casa dello scimpanzé nel zoo durante il tempo di mangiare, andate avanti e prenotate qui una stanza. In realtà, lo zoo avrebbe avuto un miglior alloggio!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era pulita e adatta per 1 notte. L'unica questione era il loro servizio Internet. Non lo posterò se fosse un problema isolato. Ho soggiornato all'hotel in aprile e il Wi-Fi era spotto al meglio. So, non la fine del mondo, ma l'ho bisogno per il mio telefono, il portatile e la loro TV. L'ho portata fino ad un problema isolato. Ho rimasto di nuovo in maggio. Questa volta era un incubo. Wi-Fi era in alto e in basso tutta la notte, soprattutto in basso. Sono andato al dipartimento frontale chiedendo la password per WiFi e mi è stato detto tutto corre su WiFi senza protezione e che non avevano una password per il WiFi Motel 6. La donna del desk front ha detto che non sapeva quale fosse il problema era perfetto il giorno precedente. Credo che non si rendesse conto che ero lì il mese precedente e era un problema allora. Avrei consigliato se avete bisogno di accesso a Internet per qualsiasi cosa per rimanere altrove.
