Hotel in zona Express, Salem

Prenotato due notti qui sulla base delle recensioni e del tasso. Pensavamo che il tasso fosse molto buono considerando la zona. La proprietà è vicina all'autostrada, ma non troppo vicina per creare rumore. L'hotel era molto pulito, tranquillo e confortevole. Ogni persona che abbiamo incontrato è stata piacevole, amichevole e utile. Ci è stato un colazione pieno, che molte delle proprietà di Choice non offrono di recente. In primo luogo è stato per colpa di coviglia, ora si sente come tagliare i costi. La zona di colazione era immacolata. Non posso davvero dire abbastanza buone cose su questa proprietà.

Abbiamo appena ripreso i nostri figli a qualche notte di viaggio e devo dire che le camere sono pulite e l'AC ha funzionato molto bene. Grab e Go Breakfast è stato decente e tutti hanno trovato qualcosa. Molti giochi fuori e piscina sono piccoli, ma i bambini non si preoccupano. Ho dovuto scendere al divano e comprare un paio di cose e mentre aspettavo il mio turno questa donna urlava alla ragazza dietro il conto, era terribile da testimoniare questo tipo di comportamento, ma era molto brutta anche fuori con un altro ospite. Dopo la pazza signora, ho parlato con la giovane signora che lavorava e le ho detto che era estremamente professionale e non avrebbe dovuto essere trattata in questo modo. Rebecca, questa compagnia è così fortunata a avere te. Eri così utile non solo con la mia famiglia, ma con chiunque abbia bisogno di qualcosa. Quando il turno di Rebecca era sopra un'altra giovane signora Shirley, e lei era di nuovo utile, ci ha sempre salutati con un sorriso.Bravo sonesta hai abbastanza il personale. Grazie tante ragazze per aver fatto il nostro viaggio fantastico. Torneremo presto!

Un HUGE grazie a Samantha G....I è entrato nell'hotel frustrato e stressato (la mia colpa) e Samantha mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema che avevo con calma e rispetto. L'hotel era pulito e dotato di tutto quello che dovevo per rendere il mio soggiorno comodo. Durante il mio soggiorno abbiamo avuto una tempesta di neve piuttosto folle, e la manutenzione ha fatto un buon lavoro per mantenere il ritiro della neve. Le tariffe delle camere erano molto ragionevoli. Cercherò assolutamente un Residence Inn da ora in poi mentre viaggia per lavoro o piacere

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole nel nuovo Andover Inn, ed è stato accolto come ospiti reali dal personale e dal direttore eccezionale Brian, che ci ha accolti. Grazie alla storia americana improvvisa di Brian, abbiamo imparato gli ospiti notevoli che hanno visitato l'Accademia e l'illustre storia di Phillips Andover, e Brian ha anche reso la nostra visita più memorabile suggerendo di visitare la vicina Galleria di Addison. Molto consigliato, il superbly gestito Andover Inn.

La stanza è anche igienica, l'ambiente del negozio è anche conveniente. La mattina seguente ha la colazione disponibile. L'impressione globale è buona. C'è un posto per parcheggiare e parcheggiare.

Molto buon appartamento alberghiero, ho portato i bambini per una vacanza in inverno. Posso cucinare da solo. Il personale è entusiasta e attento. Il parcheggio è conveniente e l'ambiente circostante è sicuro. Si consiglia di rimanere.

l'hotel è buono e pulito! L'unica cosa che non mi piace è che devi dare un deposito di $ 100 ogni volta che prenoti!

Quick summary: very comfortable rooms. Very good housekeeping. Friendly, professional staff. To note: my review is based on what I expect of this tier of hotel, i.e. NOT a five-star, but not the price, either. When I see people complaining that there are plastic utensils at the FREE breakfast in COVID times, I have to shake my head. We stayed here while in town for a wedding. Room 311 has two very comfortable queen beds and very good down-like pillows (maybe they are?) All the usuals I expect of this tier of good-value hotels: coffee/tea maker, iron/board, microwave and fridge, good desk and big workspace, closet with a nice big mirror on it, etc. Good number of places to plug in your devices. Complimentary wifi and HVAC worked well. Our bathroom had a roomy walk-in shower; other rooms have a tub/shower combination (sigh - I love a bathtub after a long day.) Neutrogena toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. LOVED that you could turn on the light without the vent automatically coming on - less headache when you're just putting on makeup. Nice buffet breakfast of hot and cold items, eggs, meat, cereals, fruit, juices, etc. Again, I don't understand why some reviewers complain that they are not getting a breakfast like at the 5-star hotels -- this is a very decent breakfast at this price point. Friendly, helpful, professional staff throughout. Excellent housekeeping. Due diligence on some very minor gripes: There were no washcloths in the bathroom (fine by me - my roommate cousin noticed.) She also asked that the hand sanitizer on our floor be refilled (it was empty) on a Friday; still wasn't filled on Sunday when we checked out. My little gripe is just noticing how some hotels try to cut costs yet still deliver the basics. The chest of drawers in the cabinet is a stack of baskets, i.e. small items will fall through the wires. Again, a minor gripe, but retrieving small items that fall through to the bottom is a bit annoying. The location is good - a short drive from the I-95, good for touring the north-of-Boston area of Newburyport, etc. To sum: we'd be happy to stay here if we are in the area again.
