Located between Collins Cove and the Salem Commons, it is within walking distance of just about everything from Pickering Wharf, shops, the beach, restaurants, museums, and more.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:-Quiet hours are from 10 pm-9 am
-$75 late checkout fee if you leave 30 mins past checkout time
-Full day will be charged if 2+ hours past checkout.No smoking or drugs are allowed in or on the property. A $500 fine will be assessed. You must completely leave the property if you wish to smoke,If you throw a party, damage the home, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with unregistered guests, you will be charged for damages

Great location in the heart of Old Salem. Steps from the waterfront and Commons Park. The dwelling was clean and well-stocked. Everything was in working order. Our family enjoyed our brief but eventful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Salem, MA. The location couldn’t have been better—everything in town was within walking distance, and it was so easy to explore all the charming streets, shops, and historic sites. We even took a few day trips to nearby states, which was a breeze thanks to how conveniently Salem is located. Parking was always easy to find, and the local food scene was fantastic—we enjoyed every meal. Between the comfort of the home and the perfect location, it truly made our trip unforgettable.

Perfect for sightseeing in salem
The location was an easy walk to downtown and the property is just as it seems in the photos. A perfect size for a family of four with lots of hang out space.

This was a clean, comfortable place to stay while we explored Salem. Comfortable walking distance to lots of Salem sites. Close to the ocean with a walking path.The host is helpful and responsive. Thanks, we would definitely book again!

Great Stay
We had a great stay here. The condo was cool (it was over 100 when we stayed) and clean, within walking distance of downtown Salem. Perfect for exploring the area! Great vibe and atmosphere.

Charming and great location!
Stayed with my 2 adult children and explored Salem and the surrounding area. The home had everything we needed, and had just the right amount of witchy decorations! We’d definitely stay again!

Home away from home
My friend and I spent four wonderful nights here. It is squeaky clean, in a great location , and full of little things you may need but never thought of packing. Super comfortable, beautiful and truly a home away from home!

Delightful Stay at Charley's Salem Condo
Charley's condo in Salem was absolutely charming! The space was cozy yet comfortable, perfect for our getaway. The views were spectacular - exactly as promised. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Charley was a wonderful host, responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone looking to explore Salem while having a peaceful place to return to each evening.
