Premier Inn St Albans City Centre Hotel

La camera era pulita e ben presentata. Il check-in è stato reso più difficile in quanto lo schermo non funzionava sia per noi stessi che per gli altri, il che significava aspettare che un addetto alla reception si occupasse della scrivania. Era gentile ed efficiente. La colazione era buona. Il parcheggio era limitato e abbiamo pagato per il parcheggio in una strada vicina. Questo si è rivelato essere più economico del parcheggio multipiano anche quando è stato applicato lo sconto Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno di due notti a St Albans. Questo è stato il quarto quarto hotel in cui siamo stati ed è stato sicuramente il migliore del gruppo

FANTASTICO HOTEL

Went for one night as a catch up with old friends. As with previous Premier Inn visits, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The 4-star rating was achieved by Nahal who was the jewel in the crown for this hotel. She was extremely helpful and attentive when we were short of towels in our room. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her when she served our meal in the evening. She is a credit to the hotel.

Disappointing, as we'd used this chain before in other cities. We wanted to be in St Albans to visit family and have access to restaurants, which we did. The front desk computer was going slowly, so check-in took a long time, and we were a bit surprised when another visitor appeared 10 minutes after entering our room, having been allocated the same room. My husband couldn't sleep due to the proximity of the nightclub, which operated until the early hours.

Stayed 1 night. Very friendly staff. Yasmine and Callum and Adam made me feel very welcome over the 4 nights I was there. Would recommend coming again. Made the evening downstairs in the restaurant fun and enjoyable. Had a laugh. Thanks to them they made my evening.
