Location, Location, Location!!! This townhome, in the Island Townhouses complex, is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils with a dining area with seating for six. All linens, towels and cookware are provided. - Please bring your own beach towels. The Housekeeping fee includes: paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwasher tablets, liquid dish soap, laundry packet, hand soap, and trash bags. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a laundry facility on property. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Max 2 dogs. Limit 50lbs. No cats..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
